Pretty much this. Works with Full Open as well. Easier to fill the gauge up and spam with double gatlings. Also easier to maintain lv9 combo buff without much reliance on builder parts. Side note, yellow awaken is better than red if you can reliably maintain the combo buff to lvl9 since the attack buffs do not stack. The same goes for any hyper trance buff. You basically won't need one with that setup. I run a Full Open build with 2 double gatlings, 4 funnel EX and GN shield OP. You can add the beam flag builder part for a 6th buff but I find that one too tedious to maintain. I might be missing some other buff OPs.

I have tried that initially. but the animation for it to use C funnels is abit longer than the rest. Hence, I decide to use some with shorter animation time!
At the moment it seems like the strongest (in terms of damage in lab) would be the Full Open that you can get from Heavy Arms. Putting gatling and missile parts on like NT-1 arms, Xi Gundam (surprisingly), and any backpack that can do both would allow you to shoot out a shitton of damage. Without any buffs you can hit 3-4m, but add hyper trance, attack type awakening, mirage colloid/stealth mode, 3 layers of barrier (GN Field from builder part, IFS from builder part, GN Field from GN-X shield), and it does the absolute maximum damage of 999999999.
Too bad its borderline useless against PG's. Its bugged similar to some other skills where against normal enemies, it may do hundreds of thousands of damage but only do a very small amount against PG's. Gundam Spark EX skill also has this weird interaction with PG's where it may do a couple hundred thousand against normal enemies, but as soon as you use it against a PG, it does just a bunch of single digits.
@@boredmagala5701 Nope, I've got video proof of using them against a completely undamaged PG. They have a weird damage reduction calculation with a lot of skills in the game rendering some unusable.
I made full open attack with 6million damage output(615 hits) but it's useless against pg bosses(which is why I kept martial arts aerial melee cancelling for that), I guess full burst is better against pg because beams go through all parts. Another weakness with full open is it only targets one enemy(but if you line up a bunch of enemies in straight line they could all hit. Same hit bonus but what I did was one minimoire head, one gn holster bit, and a gn barrier(turns out it's not funnels, but amount of buffs active you see on the right side of the ex skills) that adds the multiplier bonus, so you can also couple with any trance ex to add one more.
Oh wow, thanks for the insight. I stumbled upon this randomly and started testing it out, thinking it was mainly useful for funnel-type skills. It’s definitely disappointing how underwhelming it is against boss-type enemies. It would be awesome if it had auto-targeting for all enemies in the area, like in the anime, since the attack is visually pleasing and fun to watch.
@@tehpeng1231 yeah, the ex and burst in this game is a bit underwhelming, Megaton Musashi W did better with all the super moves being cinematic. Atleast GB4 accels in customisation.

Have you tried the burst skill for superior dragon? That shit was doing 500000 for me, it ignores def cus of its damage type, and gives a defense debuff

I wish they would remove the wire frame part Chang when using other master skills that is such an annoying thing to watch my Gundam shrink or grow and alter its appearance during combat like that

Now i can had Strike freedom Backpack + Queenbly Backpack with master skills Khastria both Arms Gundan Zabaya + Gundam Something im forgot the name, but it has GNHW/R things It should be enough slot to get 4 EX, and im found something interesting you could test by yourself, Using both hand of Khastria and only equip 1 EX funnel skills it actually activating both arms and count almost 70%-100 hit count, so combined everything and full burst it should be huge boost on total damage. Now im thinking with HeavyArms body could it be same or not

No worries! I understand that having the part on deals more damage, but this video demonstrates how incorporating one more funnel can completely change the full burst skill output! Currently exploring other parts as well, since hardly any build can compare with the LEV shotgun expect for the meta build now! :)

you can get c funnels from chest specific gundam AGE-FX that will alow you to keep all your shotguns. i love your build btw.
