Pros: ✅All rooms are well lit, reasonably spacious and well arranged ✅Two kitchen idea is brilliant and impressive ✅ Dinning area leads to the backyard is nice ✅ Swimming pool and nicely concealed water treatment plant and storage tank ✅ Extra space for gym and maid quarters 😉 ✅All washrooms are nice with quality shower ✅ Staircase padding is very thoughtful Cons: 💔 Choice of floor tiles is basic and lacks character 💔 Master bedroom should have a walk-in closet 💔The concrete on the parking spot is poorly finished Overall I'm impressed, I'll give the property a solid 6.5. 👌
I said the same thing. For that price in the USA I have more land, proper roads leading to the house, water from the city, and the electric never goes out. Same houses in Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda are way less money.

You have to understand that these houses are built with bricks and cement not with wood like most American houses and most of the materials are imported. The Aluminum windows only will cost more than $25K and that pool will probably cost more than $40K to build. If you were going to build this house it would cost you more than $250K to build and add the price of land which is $100K+
Why would you pay this amount for a home that's trying to stop people from buying in the west, think about it, all the materials use are the same the costs shouldn't be because it's built in Africa. Most people don't like it that people are buying or building a home, I will never for get when a friend showed her photos of her new home in Africa people faces dropped the the first question that someone said was it's better than ours and that's my point. Home in the UK very small and the cost over one's head.
