It seems China is really making EVs available for everyone! Surely at the prices indicated, it is better than motorcycles when those in the rural areas in the developing countries will surely benefit from such products. Though these developing economies will have to improve the quality of their roads to accommodate such units otherwise they may not last very long! Of course, in China with her ever improving road construction, this problem may not be such a challenge.

If China surpasses America at capitalism on its more observatory solutions to consumers supply demands it surely will be a multi polar world. Which as a reforming Chevrolet driver I'm looking at options in China eagerly, as well as looking at it's phenomenal rise to power with its rail program and it's new aircraft carrier. I said long ago China and Russia seek to legitimize not just political relations but consumer relations as well. There are people against this. I'm one who cheers for the success of different parties as we can both find balance. Americans are tired of the same old overpriced under engineered transit options. Anyone in the 5k range brand new is a niche void to fill

The Panda Mini can't be legally driven anywhere else, as it doesn't meet road standards nearly anywhere.
There is a TH-camr who actually ordered one and had it shipped from China. The shipping cost is immense, FYI, to send a car from there. Pretty much the price of the vehicle again, if you're thinking of doing it. Anyway, it is basically a golf cart, and that's the class of vehicle it's considered in most places, making it illegal to drive anywhere except your own property.
