They look like Goddess, yep that's exactly what they are playing throughout the Apocalypse trilogy. No, the redhead this time was Sua, not Siyeon. In this one Siyeon is the Dark-Haired one sitting alone on the top of the broken building. You cannot use hair colour to identify the members because they change with each comeback. However, it is quite common to wind up biasing all 7 of the members. PS Welcome to Insomnia!
I looked here to see how many "that's SuA not Siyeon" comments there were. It's okay. SuA and Siyeon are the most mixed up members for new Insomnia, and it can keep happening a long time after you're solid on all the other members.
Siyeon, your bias, pronounced she-yawn, hair can be any color or style, looks tall, cool tattoos, does the belting parts of songs.
SuA, short little bean, hair is usually dark brown/black but NEVER short. When she laughs you know it's her.
Funny thing, SuA does some raps in Dreamcatcher songs, Siyeon is also a good rapper at karaoke or fooling around.
Before you start the Nightmare series you might want to check out their latest track with is OOTD because they are about to comeback with the sequel to it on the 10th (in 9 days!) I'M SO EXCITED!!!
"Maison" is part 1 of the Apocalypse trilogy. Dreamcatcher are touching on a very important subject here. Maison is French for "house" or rather "home", and they are singing about everyone's home, which is our planet. Previously they talked about online hate, now they are tackling an issue that impacts the whole planet and therefore everyone. Climate change is going to affect all of us, and it is already affecting many people. Island Nations will disappear under the ocean ("Save my home in the ocean"). Ice melts in the arctic and displaces people ("Save my home in the polar"). Forests get decimated by corporate greed and habitats get destroyed ("Save my home in the jungle") and disappearing glaciers and snow packs result in even less water for deserts ("Save my home in the desert").
People have a natural tendency to ignore issues that seem to be in the future - but climate change is here, right now. We can't wait anymore, and it is good that Dreamcatcher use their platform to promote change: "Break your habit now!"
Musically I really enjoy the song. Like in BEcause, the rock/metal vibe is dialed back a bit, but it is still there and highly distorted. Although the more I listen to it, the more Rock I hear. I especially like how the pre-chorus and chorus seems to appear out of nowhere, the chord progression in the bridge, and the epic end part. The bass line is crazy as well. LEEZ and Ollounder (their producers) have done it again, and the members are just brilliant. Respect!
My bias is OT7. I'm a metalhead, so choosing biases is confusing for me anyways. But I could not decide on just one of them.
1 song per video would be good. You can check out the MV + dance practice video if there is one + relay dance video if there is one. Then your reaction would be long enough and complete for the song.

A lot of fans will say that the fandom is called "insomnia", which is sort of incorrect. The fandom name is actually "InSomnia", which is Latin for "In Dreams". It represents how Dreamcatcher and their fans will always be together, creating many happy memories even when they dream. There is an official Dreamcatcher youtube video announcing the fan club name as "InSomnia". I'm not ruling out the possibility of it being a play on words to also mean insomnia though (I think it is brilliant if this was intentional, and I'm not surprised if it was on purpose). I think you're already aware that the girl you mentioned in the video is Sua, not Siyeon, but I just want to tell you not to worry, a lot of us had difficulty telling them apart initially. Siyeon, who is the main vocal, appears at [3:45] of this video. Siyeon is also my bias, along with JiU [3:28] (leader of the group). Yoohyeon [3:37] (lead vocal) is my bias wrecker but probably soon to be part of the bias list. Gahyeon [3:52] (maknae aka the youngest) is also my bias wrecker. And the other members (Sua, Handong [5:10], Dami [4:16]) - I love them all too.
No preference in how you react to Dreamcatcher songs, just would like you to do it in a way that you enjoy it the most! Their main tracks can be quite different from each other as they're always looking for new ways to experiment while still retaining the Dreamcatcher sound. While their main tracks always have some form of rock / metal influence, their B-sides cover multiple genres so please don't expect just rock / metal! Honestly, their B-sides are also amazing so I hope that you will give it a listen as well.
If you are up for it, it would be good to listen to each album in one seating (or in parts but not too far apart) so that you see the flow of the album. It will be an experience. And don't miss out on the intros, they're so good that I always wish their intros were full songs!
As you go from comeback to comeback / album to album, I hope you notice how they've evolved, kept their sound fresh, matured as a group over time, and carved a unique path for themselves. I hope you also notice the talents and little quirks of each member!
I remember you asked (could have been the other video) whether Dreamcatcher has done an anime opening before. In fact, they have! The song is called Eclipse. I could keep talking about Dreamcatcher but I have probably already overloaded you with information. Looking forward to your future Dreamcatcher reactions!
PS. My favourite line in this song is a sentence from Dami's rap - "It's weirdly hot, right? The laws of this planet. It's like your conscience that's drying up." Not enough people talk about this line!

it's fine if you don't vibe with any of their songs because almost all their songs are different, very different from each other. their discography spans across all genres so it's part to like everything equally unless you are just a pure music lover lol. the only exception is chase me/good night because they are direct continuation so the instrumentation is similar but of course the melodies are very different. btw the girl you called out in maison is sua, not siyeon :D. sua won't kick anyone's butt, she will grab them :o

That girl ain't Siyeon hahaha, many people confuse Sua and Siyeon at first, once you get used to their faces it'll be easy to tell them apart.
This is the only group where they all are my biases, normally 1 or 2 stick out to me more than the othets, but once I got to know them better I realized I couldn't choose anymore. These girls got everything, vocals, dancing, visual, rapping and my favorite personalities out of any celebrity ever.
So that means I have two biases now? Lmao, haha. omg, I can't believe I got them confused 😆

Dami, the one that pressed the button in Vision, is my bias in Dreamcatcher. She's one of two prominent rappers in the group, alongside Gahyeon. The other members get rap lines here and there, but less frequently.
I typically pick a bias based on if they're a rapper, or they have a deeper voice than the other group members. Moonbyul of MAMAMOO is my "ultimate" bias in K-pop. Nana is my bias in WOOAH. Chaeyoung is one of three biases in TWICE. It's rare for me to pick someone that isn't the rapper in the group. Notable exceptions are Liz of IVE, and Joy of Red Velvet. Some groups I just don't have a bias in, such as with Oh My Girl. Dreamcatcher is the kind of group where I could stan all of them if I wanted to, lol.
Early on, SuA and Siyeon gave me some trouble, but Handong and Yoohyeon gave me the most trouble when I was learning who was who. SuA has softer features compared to Siyeon and Siyeon has a distinct look about her when she stares straight into the camera - She's very wolf-like. Her looks in Odd Eye and BEcause stand out to me the most. As for Handong and Yoohyeon - Handong has a more distinct nose shape, and Yoohyeon has a rounder face. Dami, JiU, and Gahyeon's faces are more unique to me, so it was easiest for me to remember them. Gahyeon's lips are kind of a meme. Since they change visuals every comeback, I try not to focus on hair color/style or makeup as identifiers.
I also recommend watching their variety content so you can get to know them better - It definitely helped me. They each have certain mannerisms that help me remember who they are. For example: Gahyeon is the baby of the group (the "maknae"). JiU is the eldest and leader of the group, but is often characterized as a "fake maknae" for how cute she can be. Everyone in the group has an excellent sense of humor and they share a sisterly bond with one another. It really makes them easy to cheer for.
The Apocalypse trilogy is my favorite of the bunch so far. I think you will enjoy your time with Dreamcatcher, and don't forget about their upcoming release on July 10th!
Keep in mind that Dreamcatcher’s next comeback is less than two weeks away, so you might want to adjust the schedule a little bit to listen to the first half of that duology (the VillainS mini album) before it comes out!
As for the Nightmare series, I’d recommend maybe doing sets of three based on the story. Chase Me and Good Night are a two-part first act, with Fly High being a prequel to them. Then You and I, What, and Piri make up the second half. The final part of the series is their Japanese debut Breaking Out, but you can always save that for another video since they have two other Japanese title tracks: Eclipse and Endless Night. Could do all of those in one video.
We always recommend if you're interested in Dreamcatcher to react to a guide. I suggest 'An Extensive Guide to Dreamcatcher 2023'. It'll help you get to know their names and match their voices/faces/names together. You'll also learn more about their personalities and positions.
My bias is Dami. I have strong opinions about kpop rappers but she has a unique tone & good timing and cadence so she caught my attention, especially rapping this well with the style they have. And I adore her personality. 😊
About the 1 hour or parts, I'm okay with either of them! Just do what's more confortable for you.

Dreamcatcher it's really hard to choose a bias, they all are my bias lol at first my bias was Dami, because normally I choose the rapper but when I got to know them they all became my bias.

A lot of people confuse SuA and Siyeon at first, too. Same for Yoohyeon/JiU/Handong in some eras. SuA is known for her proud nose and Siyeon is known for her fierce eyes... Alternatively, SuA is one of the shortest members of the group and ironically considering this music video, she's pretty protective of her hair and usually prefers not to dye it.
