How many bales has the baler done if you dont mind me asking? Is it still on the original rubber belts do you know? They must be a pain to change and there quite expensive i think. Ive got a F155xc baler with no wrapper. Like the baler, been having problems with the net not spreading quick enough though.
Not simple to work at, especially when you need to climb over an assault course to get into it every time. Did you pop out the rubber seals in the bearings and pack them with grease? Or are they grease able? Put alot of new bearings in krone balers and other machines and you'd be amazed how many are as dry as a bird's arse with not a pick off grease. No wonder they don't last. I packed both side of bearings on a round pack and they lasted for year's compared to months when unpacked.👍
Have seen that before never tried it myself afraid I’d fuckup the seals. Only recently got the baler and been stood for a couple years so some of the bearings are stiff probably replaced 10 or 12 so far but this was by far the worst ones to do
