Anyone driving without a license should have their car towed. Period.
How does it happen so much lol. It's really not that hard to maintain a license. It doesn't even cost an annual fee
@tmonie and oddly, it's good for many years!
@@tmonie I just renewed mine online and it only cost $10 for the next 7 years.
@@tmonieAll the extras from over the border with no license
@@jamescollier3 Except if you watch the channel you would know it is cartels paying mules in the United States to transport them, and they (not the cartel) take the fall if they get caught.
The welcome to America is the funniest.😂
“Oh you’re from California - Welcome to America!” 😂😂😂
That is what the MAGA clowns say.
Clowning hard 😂
great job Frank love the videos Thank You
Yup, gonna impound your car, here are your tickets... Kid: May I get a picture with you? Sure! LoL
2 percent tint on a windshield is wild. Driving at night would be so difficult 😂. I do wish we could tint a little darker in AZ though. Gonna be really hot today.
"Ooh, you're from California...welcome to America." That NEVER gets old!
“Oh you’re from California. Welcome to America!” Hahaha gets me every time!!
I will never understand how... basically any human being could assume, that it would be allright to drive a vehicle. Without a driver's licence.
Are they all just well aware of them breaking the law and just hoping, they wont get caught?!
I mean, obviously, a lot of what we see here with Frank are more or less substantial lacks of common sense in so many facettes... but still... wtf 😅
Have a great friday and weekend everybody, stay safe!
Deputy "Frank" is high quality of being professional yet personable in the sense of respecting his stops (drivers). In San Diego, we have a few departments that are typically friendly and cut breaks quite often. As a department to be respected for their professionalism, is the CHP in California.
Unbelievable how many people driving without a license!
“I see you on You tube. And I seen your car around.” “Yeah, and now I’m behind you.”
California is like a nother country. Love the part you said welcome to America!!! I give this video 5 thumbs up!!
I'm becoming steadily more amazed at the number of drivers in the USA who openly driven without a license, and probably without insurance.
Frank: Oh... You're from California. Welcome to America. 😂😂😂😂😂
Do the shops that put illegal tint on windows ever get in trouble, I wonder?
Not at all. Illegal to operate vehicle with tint, but not to sell/install it. Owner makes decision what windows get covered. The tint is permitted on windows behind the driver
Why not? Now they get paid to remove it.
@@frankw7091 And to install legal windown tint the second time around! 💰
@@Isaac_132 Could be
You can get a clear coat ceramic tint, that allows you to see out, it’s expensive. People want to get the dark tint on their windshields which is cheaper and a horrible idea. The ceramic clear coat blocks a lot of the heat from the sun. Just because it’s not dark doesn’t mean it doesn’t work.
BWAHAHAHA..."Oh, California....Welcome to America"....LOVE IT.
Thanks for making tinted windshield stops, they’ve become an epidemic in the SF Bay Area.
Oh your from California welcome to America that line never gets old 😂
It’s truly amazing how many people are out there driving around with no licenses.
2:00 "Oooh, you're from California. Welcome to America."
🤣
I'm so old-fashioned that it never crossed my mind to drive without a license. How's that for being old!
How are so many people so clueless? Where does the "I'll never get caught" sense of being come from?
"Probably going to be a little late!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Gotta love Frank.
Driving without a license is crazy 🤦
well, we are on the mexico border, that's open
"Good job being 20 and having a job..." 😂 that one had me rolling!!!
"Oh you're from California! Welcome to America" 🤣
“you don’t have a… ?” “drivers license sir.” best transition ever.
"Oh... your from California. Welcome to America"
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
