For a post industrial city and all the problems associated with that Sunderland is ok and improving dramatically.
It’ll take time though especially with the retail like everywhere else struggling.
Huge improvements already being delivered and it’s only going to get better with all of the planned developments coming to fruition. A very exciting future for Sunderland 😊
Nice video
Thank you!!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Diego's is a top-notch bar like little hidden gem. Some class beers 🍻
It’s amazing, isn’t it! 🍻🍻🍻🍻
Fantastic spot, mate. Great video as well.
@@gary8501thanks so much!! 😊
Sunderland is excellent :) Whoever wrote the article and/or did the scientific data gathering hasn't a clue :)
Couldn’t agree more
Always thought Sunderland was a suburb of Newcastle. The few times I have been up north from London everyone goes on about how cool Newcastle is. Will check out this Sunderland place next time. Looks like a nice little town
Let us know how you get on 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
For sure mate , was the transporter bridge in A pet there? 👍
@@adamwynyard4065 no that was through Middlesbrough way
Thx - another place I have never been accept to watch football
I mean seriously, my Mackem friends, I wouldn't take it to heart. What does the Telegraph know about anywhere other than the London suburbs and the Home Counties?
Never been to Sunderland myself but I once had a housemate from there and she was nice. So that's positive! I'm a northerner myself but when I first met her I couldn't understand a word she said. I thought she was speaking German...
Looking a bit better when I was last there and Idols was open (roughly 1986 or so). I had my first illegal drink (Pernod and black) in The Rosedene c1981 or so.
@michaelj3282 Pernod and black! That’s a blast from the past mind 😂 Yeh, a lot of investment going in, it’s going to be an even greater place to visit for food and drink once the Sheepfolds development comes to fruition too
A city on the up! Some class independent food places there now.
