These training sessions followed by the Q & A time with prospects are great for those buyers who say "I'll know it when I see it", or "I just want to see the models". As an onsite sales person, you may have the right product available, but just don't model it. Without the quality time, both customer and sales person loses. :-(
Last time i checked,sold sth to someone using consistency ,got confused,he saw it,looked at me like I was crazy or sth like he knew it...said he'd be back....ghosted!Till you clarified though
