The unfortunate thing about Tumbleweed is its downfall could’ve been avoided if the railway had been built but instead it was built serving Armidillo only. For some reason it wasn’t extended to Tumbleweed. Also by the time RDR1 takes place Tumbleweed had been abandoned.
My favorite town is blackwater it’s only missing a gunsmith and you can do shit ton of parkour just a lot of stuff also in my opinion the size of the town feels perfect valentine or mud town is also golden but muddy af and the people and living is pretty nice compared to Saint Denis which has 2 sides poor and rich and that’s why I think black waters size is perfect, you can visit it as Arthur by making the cop’s dissapier by making the whole town chase you and then losing them and finally the npcs are usually the richest
Im just stunned Ch3 is your favorite Id go 2, 4, 1, 3, 6, 5 for main story. I do really like the town of Rhodes but do not like the stupid family feud nonsense. I feel like the 2 plantations are also a waste of real estate If they added 50% more to strawberry it would be my favorite, for sure. I wish they didnt do the cholera thing to armadillo as that was the OG Valentine from RDR. I love that area because its modeled after the Sonoran Desert where I lived for 25 years (Tucson).
@@JesusisLord756 I agree, Jesus is Lord! That said Beaver Hollow is so sad and seeing everything disintegrate around Arthur is unsettling. I prefer when the group is optimistic and in harmony. Yes Ch1 is a walkthrough but there is no bad/tragic event, and I LOVE snow
Yea I just love Tumbleweed in the epilogue I just leave beechers hope and make the small town my home I have everything I need to buy supplies. I don't cause trouble there only in other states that way I keep it a safe place for when things get to heated 😏
Youre not talking about the atmospher of all the towns Strawberry is a beautiful looking town with a waterfall running through the middle of it You go on the bridge and you see all the beauty Also include beauty and atmosphere
Yes you're right, Strawberry is probably the most naturally beautiful town. Not a fan of the bridge though, and there's always someone in town that doesn't stop talking like the Mayor or the Preacher to ruin the atmosphere
New Austin shouldn't even have been in the game because it serves zero purpose to the story. and it only gets unlocked in the epilogue. apparently New Austin was supposed to be only for RDOnline mode but then it was included in the single player mode at last minute. maybe because Rockstar chopped off what Guarma supposed to be, a huge island map that could have been revisited later on and had lots of locations, shops and strange missions. instead Guarma in chapter 5 was completely annoying. and from a storyline perspectivey, John being able to visit New Austin in the epilogue completely destroys continuity. in RDR1 John already says that he visited those places like Armadillo, Tumbleweed or McFarland Ranch for the first time ever.

I have never agreed with every point in a ranked list until this video... I'm subbing
Strawberry reminds of towns up in the Catskill mountains and the Adirondacks in NY .
Another GTG classic
Thank you! I really appreciate all your support on my videos

Id give this list a 9/10 I like black water more then strawberry but other then that these ratings are the same for me
I had to think for a while on those two, I almost switched them
than*
How do you rob the bank in Rhodes pls tell me I’ve waited to find something like this out for ages
If you have the special or ultimate edition of the game, a companion mission will come up in Chapter 4 to rob the bank with Uncle and Charles
blackwater got done dirty

Colter at 3 is crazy, that chapter is so slow and boring, and beaver hollow at 5, that is when the story becomes elite

Valentine is my favourite place, but jfc do the players in online ruin it
I've never played online but now I know to avoid it when I eventually try to get the online trophies
