In our days there are not many Jews who still kneel and bow during regular daily prayer. A noticable number of Orthodox Ashkenazi Jews do bow to the ground during Yom haKipurim and Rosh haShana. Most Jews are not even aware that such is the historical practice of the Jewish people to kneel and prostrate during regular daily prayer. Therefore, be prepared that if you kneel or prostrate in most synagogues, you are sure to get reactions of surprise. They may or may not be encouraging reactions. Nonetheless, so long as you are still able to concentrate properly while praying and are willing to endure the possible consequences of bowing and prostrating in public, I only encourage you to do so. It is a shame to fear men more than the Most High. How can bowing or prostrating be a sign of arrogance, especially when you know people may look upon you negatively for doing so? Rather, it is an expression of humility and submission to the Almighty. The following text of formal Jewish prayer and instruction on how it is done is according to Talmudic law as codified in the Mishneh Torah of Rambam (Maimonides). References to halakha are given in abbreviated form. For example, HT5:4 means "Hilkhoth Tefilah" chapter 5, the fourth halakha. Hilkhoth Tefilah is found in Sefer Ahavah in the Mishneh Torah:
"The mention of bending-down {k'reya} in every place is on the knees.." (HT5:13)
There are 5 places where one "bends-down" during this prayer (HT5:10). Each time one "bends-down," he should arch his back bending over until his backbone pokes out slightly (HT5:12). One need not bow in this manner if he is unable because it causes him pain (HT5:12). There are some additional reasons why a person may not need to fully bow, usually either because of stress of the situation or stress of the body (HT5:1). I will elaborate upon these later. The 5 places where one "bends-down" are highlighted in the text of prayer found in the link below. In the text of prayer found on that link, upon reading a word highlighted in bold letters, "bend-down" and make your body like an arch (qeshet). Afterwards, straighten back up into a standing position upon reading a word that is underlined.
The content of this prayer were established by the Court established under Moses, at the time at which it was headed by Ezra, Nehemiah, Daniel, Zechariah, etc... with the exception of a few small portions that were added by a later generation of that same Great Court. This prayer is called the Amidah (standing) because the majority of it is prayed in standing position (HT5:2); It's also called the Shemoneh Esreh (eight-teen) because, though now it consists of 19 blessings, it originally consisted of 18 blessings to the Almighty
When beginning any of the 3 daily prayers, start from a standing position facing toward the Temple in Israel, with feet side by side, eyes lowered, and ones right hand clasped over his left hand over his heart, with his heart turned to "Above" in fear, awe, and dread, as a servant before his master, (HT5:4).
هذا دليل آخر من أطنان الأدلة التي تثبت أن الدين عند الله الإسلام. صلاة آدم ونوح وإبراهيم وموسى وعيسى ومحمد وكل الأنبياء صلى الله وسلم عليهم جميعاً واحدة. تشابه حركات الصلاة عند قدماء المصريين والصابئة والهندوسية والبوذية والزرادشتية واليهودية وغيرها من الملل والنحل يثبت أن أصلها واحد، لكن أتباعها نسوا ألفاظها وحركاتها حين تطاول عليهم العهد. حدث هذا حتى بين بعض أتباع محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم. فلو نظرت إلى عجوز تسعينية أمّية مسلمة وهي تصلي فستجدها لا تأتي من حركات الصلاة وألفاظها سوى حركات وألفاظ تشبه صلاة المسلمين، وهي تظن أن صلاتها هي صلاة صحيحة. هذا راجع لعصور من الجهل والخرافات التي مرت بها تلك العجوز. انظر كذلك لهندوسي وهو يمارس اليوغا، ستجده يركع ويسجد كما يفعل المسلمون، وهو يفعل ذلك ظناً منه أن هذه هي صلاة نبيه الذي نسيى حتى اسمه. أستطيع القول وبلا أدنى شك أو تردد أن أتباع محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم هم الوحيدون الذي ما زالوا يصلون كما كان نبيهم يصلي بالضبط، ذلك لأنهم حفظوها عن نبيهم بالإسناد، وهو العلم الذي لا يوجد إلا في أمة محمد. أما الباقي فلم يبق لديهم من صلاة أنبيائهم إلا حركات وألفاظ تكثر أو تقل شبهاً بصلاة أنبيائهم بحسب شدة التحريف التي تعرضت لها مللهم.

وَلاَ تَلْبِسُواْ الْحَقَّ بِالْبَاطِلِ وَتَكْتُمُواْ الْحَقَّ وَأَنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
And do not mix the truth with falsehood or conceal the truth while you know [it].
*وَأَقِيمُواْ الصَّلاةَ وَآتُواْ الزَّكَاةَ وَارْكَعُواْ مَعَ الرَّاكِعِينَ*
And establish prayer and give zakah and bow with those who bow [in worship and obedience].

v) Both brought new laws and new regulations for their people.
vi) Both died a natural death.
e) Muhammad (pbuh) is from among the brethren of Moses (pbuh). Arabs are brethren of Jews. Abraham (pbuh) had two sons: Ishmail and Isaac. The Arabs are the descendants of Ishmail (pbuh) and the Jews are the descendants of Isaac (pbuh).
f) Words in the mouth:
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was unlettered and whatever revelations he received from God Almighty he repeated it verbatim.
Deuteronomy (18:18):

2) Muhammad (pbuh) is prophesised in the book of Isaiah:
It is mentioned in the book of Isaiah chapter 29 verse 12:

chapter 5 verse 16:
"Hikko Mamittakim we kullo Muhammadim Zehdoodeh wa Zehrace Bayna Jerusalem."
"His mouth is most sweet: ye, he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughter of Jerusalem."
All the prophecies mentioned in the Old Testament regarding Muhammad (pbuh) besides applying to the Jews also hold good for the Christians (H Q. 61:6).

There is no doubt that Moses, Jesus and Mohammad had come to preach the religion of Abraham and Adam with the only message to submit your will to the only God that has created the entire universe which in Arabic means Islam. They all prayed with touching their face on ground. Torah, Gospel (Bible) and Qura’n is from same God with the only difference that Torah and Gospel was for a particular tribe and for a particular time whereas Quran is the guidance for entire humanities.

If only Muslims knew where our Azan, Wuzu, and Namaz came from. It is a modified form of Jewish prayer. In the Quran it is 3 times a day (only 3 names of prayers are mentioned), just like Jewish tradition. It was Jewish tribes in 7th century Arabia who taught us Muslims Abrahamic Monotheism. Our first direction of prayer was also Temple Mount (AlAqsa) in relation to Jewish religion.
Our worship is not modified as prophets have come in every era, their method may be different but we all are the children of Adam Abraham, our God is one, when will we understand this?

Why feel threatened by people’s opinions and choices of religion. In Christian apologetics one can defend or challenge other beliefs but not with violence or death threats. In fact it’s states if the message is not received then to dust off your shoes, and go to a place where the message is accepted and welcomed. However for that city that does not accept the message it will be far worst than the cites which where struck down by God with Sulfur and Brimstone.
Another thing to all who read this, the Muslim expectation for the Dajjal or the Christian expectation for the Antichrist are questionable because he will come as a great man of peace a great political figure with the capability to achieve things no kings, rulers or presidents have done ever before. He will be loved by many because this is what people have been trying to vote for or elect all their lives the perfect candidate. All have failed but he will not, and all the world will love him for all the solutions he has for the problems of the world. He will not claim to be devine or transcendent or claim to be a deity until after he has gained all the support and power of the word by means of peace not war. He will be more like Solomon instead of king David. If he immediately claims to be God or a kind of Jesus then the Jews will not accept him, because one of the Jewish expectations or requirements is that he will be an ordinary man if he claims to be God the Jews will not accept him just as they did no accept Jesus. This false messiah will not make that same statement and will fool the whole world. Because most everyone is expecting the evil version of him which he will eventually become but at a later point in time, when he appears as a good man people will not suspect him as being the Dajjal or Antichrist because he will be masquerading as a good person and people will marvel after him and think this cannot be that wicked one! But will definitely come to power as a Trojan horse! And people will not suspect him, then he reveals who he is!
