The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: REPENT YE, AND BELIEVE THE GOSPEL.
THE GOSPEL (which means the Good News) is the news that God Almighty, the Creator came in the flesh as Jesus Christ to take away the sin of the world. He gave up his own life to save ours. His sacrifice on the cross paid the price for our redemption with his own blood. On the third day he rose from dead and offers the gift of salvation and forgiveness to those that repent and trust in him.
      John 1:1,14 KJV
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and THE WORD WAS GOD. [14] And THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH, and dwelt among us,
      Isaiah 9:6 KJV
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty GOD, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
      John 1:10
He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and THE WORLD KNEW HIM NOT.
      John 20:28-29
And Thomas answered and said unto him, MY LORD AND MY GOD. [29] Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
Are you saved friend? If you died tonight will you go to heaven or hell?
      Acts 16:30-31
...what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
      Luke 24:47
And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
      Acts 4:12
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Most just don't move. I had back pain when I was 18. Knee pain starting mid-20s. Started working out late 20s, late 30s now and I can't really remember what "back pain" feels like, and the knee pain is largely gone, run 20k, squats, deadlifts, pain is not the issue there, no longer.
When you're young and you're hurting, find out what the problem is, and adress it, more often than not it can be done. And when the day comes and you're able to just do something you couldn't do for years without agonizing pain... you know it's worth the effort.

@@MrOvidiuk I agree with you to a certain extent. When it comes to reaching a certain age you have the ability to extend life through epigenetics. Just as you mentioned, his father’s inherited genes could be derailed if he smokes, drinks or does any other damaging factor to his body...you can also do the opposite. Improving bad genes is also possible through epigenetics. This include diet, exercise, meditation, proper sleep. By avoiding stressors on the body that promote oxidation that triggers bad genes and bring about illnesses you can improve your longevity. So do not dismiss this as being because of genes. You can alter your destiny by doing things that will improve your health and maintain it.

I’m 64 years old and have had thirty three surgeries from an on duty accident I had while working back in 1999. I exercise four to five days a week lifting and doing functional exercises. I can put work guys in their twenties and am stronger than most guys much larger than myself. After me accident I became very sick from all the medicines and doctors intervention. I quit going to doctors for treatment and began training. Without exercising you are on a daily decline as we age. I’m a true believer in working out for health. Thank you for posting this video and thanks to the man in the video for his time and efforts. Keep on fighting.

Im 56 and do a 100 chinup, pullups, under 30 minutes and tons of pushups. U have to STAY ACTIVE, find something u like to do and do it the rest of your life, can't never stop that's the secret. Do some type of strength training and if u hate jogging walk and walk a lot it's one of the all around best exercise u can do and don't just walk on level ground walk some hills...I will never stop..cant exercise for a month and then stop for 3 months so called break u got to do it every week, every month...

And everyone always asks why take care of yourself if were all going to die one day and I always tell them because truth is we never know how old well end up, some of the people who smoke and drink and eat fast food sometimes live long but are always taking medicine and spending money on it and if I do get old I'd rather feel good and spend my money on things I'd enjoy.

My grandpa was a heavier smoker. He smoked 2 packs of cigarettes a day since he was 12. Up to 82 years old he could still run(fast...)and could climb walls. He could stay in squat position for a great amount of time in order to work on something. However a year later he started falling. He wasn't able to walk more than 200 meters without falling(which was a problem because he was very active) after a while we got him to the hospital and they told us he had been through a huge number of strokes and that happened because he smoked a lot all those years. He died a week later.

What an amazing man ! Congratulations! You inspire ! Never give up !!!
However, it is important to understand that not every 92 year old will be able to do what he does, even if they have exercised for many years. You need to have won the genetic lottery ticket (no arthritis, no rheumatoid arthritis, no degenerative disease, no serious heart problems, no other major health problem). You need a COMBINATION of genes and exercise. If one is missing, you won't be able to do what he does.

    • @fingerstylefan

Not necessarily true. While things can happen to anyone at anytime, It's pretty much a known fact that taking eating right and exercising will get you far in life. Jack Lalanne died at 96. Dick Van Dyke is 96 and still works out like this. You can pull up many youtube videos of 80 and 90 year olds doing this kind've stuff. One may not live to 90 something but diet and exercise are key to longevity.

If anyone is feeling empty, lonely, depressed etc, I want you to know that Jesus loves you, and He is the Only one who can make you feel true love, happiness, joy and peace. We need to repent of our sins and turn to Him and start living for Him and He will be there with you every step of the way.

I'm a generation younger than Jack Houser and do cardio and weight exercises to stay fit. It is very inspiring to see this man exercising at 92 and that his mental faculties are excellent. It gives us all hope that staying active will lead to a much better quality of life in our old age.

This man's father lived to 100 years old. So he has the golden DNA pumping through his body. Add excercise to that and he will pass 100. Gifted genetics is a roll of the dice. You either roll 7's or get stuck with snake eyes 😂
