  • Food reaches your developing baby through the umbilical cord after being filtered through the placenta.

How does the baby taste the food? I've read babies can taste spice, garlic, carrots and several other flavors? If the food is digested and passed through blood how does it have flavor?

My mom is a Saiyan, and she devoured a lot of food when she was pregnant with me, my brother and sister.

So what's the time for all of this to happen, does this happens at real-time while the mother eats/drinks?

After digestion and absorption is completed in the mother's body.

It seems to be quick for me lol. I’m 33 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby & he gets so active when i’m sitting down to eat lol.

My question is, does it go through your intestines before going through the bloodstream & reaching the placenta? Was always curious about this. I’m 33 weeks pregnant & always wondered how the baby seems to get so active while you’re eating unless the food gets to your baby super quickly after digestion.

Just like breastmilk has flavor from what mom eats, I have read that amniotic fluid also has flavor profiles from moms diet 🍏 🍴

Are you sure the food goes to baby? Even moms blood and baby's blood is not same. When the blood also cannot pass through, how can food go through Gods creation is amazing. 😊

That’s my whole theory exactly how does food get there ! For me it’s like they do not eat at all until birth out of the womb cos the placenta is inside amniotic sac with the baby then the sac is inside the mothers womb and the womb is tightly closed so my question how does food go in baby ! This video does not answer my question 🙋‍♂️ my whole theory is that they don’t eat all until after birth

@@portiaquennette2298but they have to eat something, how else do they grow

The flavor of food affects the taste of the amniotic fluid, the baby received nutrients through the placenta which also filters out toxins. I think the taste such as sugary foods is what causes a baby to move around the uterus because its sweet

@@portiaquennette2298The food does not get there.
The food is first digested by the mother.
Then the nutrients that are in her blood are passed to the baby through the placenta.
Unborn babies do not "eat". But they are nourished through the umbilical cord.

Im late but if you don't want to be pregnant, consider abortion or have the child and give it up for adoption. Those are your safe options, trying to force a miscarriage is very dangerous.
