I would say it's the nicest color scheme of all. Ford really hit the nail on the head in '63 and '64 with their full-sized cars. Beautiful styling in and out.
289 car. Majority of '64 XL's had either a 352 or a 390. Still a fantastic car. If I did not already own too many vehicles, I would want to buy it, but wife would poison my breakfast. LOL.
Beautiful Galaxie, toss up for me between this and the 1964 Impala SS
Ford hit it out of the park with the Galaxie 500XL. This is one of the nicest!

Nice car , beautiful lines !
Feel like I’m in 1964 looking at this beauty!!! This baby is gorgeous 😍!!!!!
What a fantastic convertible!
I had this one in blue for my first car. Loved it! Built like a tank.
Always liked the Galaxies. Hardtops and verts
WOW!
Damn what a great looking car. The BIG THREE had it goin' on in the 60's. Love the colors too !
One fine ride.❤
IMO, this car has one of the best interiors of any car, at least of FORD cars.

Thank you for your comment - please note this vehicle does have a 352 rather than the base 289.
Almost as nice as a Thunderbird!
Yeah, that's the one! Not 63, not 65. 1964!
I'd lose the skirts. Too bad the mileage wasn't shown. I know it has 101 miles on it but it still would have be nice to actually see it.
I'm 72 years old. To think me n my buds owned these types of machines and drove em into the ground. I apologize.😎
I never found joy in demolition derbys.
Aint that the truth.
Only 101 miles on it? This car was enjoyed as a garage queen, not being driven.
