    The leg lifts and turning the leg was extremely difficult for me. I suffer from sore legs and pelvic issues after endometriosis surgery. My body became so much worse after surgery and ive had more problems than ever before. I really hope this will help with my flexibility, reduce pain, and some weight loss.
