ANY negative comments regarding Hi Rail or Hi Rail scale not being scale will be deleted. Many 2 rail O scale modelers such as myself have many pieces of Hi Rail Scale equipment that has been built or modified to run on 2 rail O scale track so we are all in this together. My channel has a zero tolerance negative or nit picking policy so enjoy.
I believe HiRail has always been promoted as scale running on 3 rails, I used to be a strict 2 rail guy myself, but when everything you want is really only available, and I'm saying "easily available", such as at train shows and the like, you either learn to live with the third rail running down the middle of the track, or you figure out how to switch everything to 2 rail yourself, either way works, I now have a mixture of both 2 and 3 rail stuff, while the bulk of my locomotive fleet is 3 rail, I run my 2 rail rolling stock with the 3 rail and everything works just fine! Someday I'll post a video how well the two actually does work well together!
Al, thanks soooo much for doing this for us!!! Sure is a great bunch of gorgeous structures in this collection and Howard Zane, in my opinion is a master builder and your blessed to apprentice next to him. Can’t wait to see this build, it’s gonna be great. Thanks again, Ron
The huge bridges being the lift gate to get into the layout is awesome. The way he made it to open by pushing a button using electricity and car door openers is amazing.
Will be following along with the progress on this one. Looks like a lot of nice Harry Heike buildings. I hear that there may be a "rebirth" of these. Thanks for sharing.

I’m with you totally, Al. High rail, or 2-rail, it’s all fun, and a skilled modeler can do a lot of great things with either one.
I totally agree and it is a HUGE segment of the hobby that has been overlooked for too long. It will not be overlooked on my channel .
Great vidio, like the layout and should be fun seeing it grow. Thanks for the morning coffee...
That’s a beautiful layout. Can’t wait to see it when it’s finished.

Very nice layout, look forward to progress.
Love it!! Wish I had the space
Love this project, great layout in the making here, the Big Boy seems a little out of place in NYC here though!LOL
Thanks for the video. Is there a problem with the sharpness of the focus? The last two videos seemed to be slightly out of focus.
Seemed ok on my monitor but I will check into it
@@alpugliesetrains9753 Focus sharpened when you were recording all buildings.
Amazing layout you get a Mailhouse turntable to
Videos are nice to watch, but your volume seems to be about 1/2 of every other video I watch on TH-cam.
