@@amityadavify then that is your ignorance...kashmiri pandits issue was a huge political social issue in India just like Nellie massacare, Godhra kand, Golden temple massacare...but another fact is that kashmir files is not complete representation of what had happened...even other religion people were killed who had tried to protect hindus...it was an act of terrorism and not some hindu muslim riot as has been politically projected by the director...basically director is a smart guy who has done this movie to gain political mileage during BJP rule.

No other community in India has become refugees within their own motherland and that my friend is the biggest difference when you compare it to any other. It was an act of terrorism indeed, Islamic terrorism that is coz they were literally told to convert to Islam, flee Kashmir or choose death.

At least the current govt has taken a few steps to fix this now. It was and is Islamic terrorism that drove them out of their homes even if there were some Muslims who tried helping the Pandits, the people who were killing them, raping their women, torturing them were ultimately Muslims who believed Hindus are infidels and Muslims who help them are traitors. One more thing, haven't you seen movies about Holocaust and Jewish genocide. They are also about pain and suffering of Jews. This movie earned a lot of money too but there were no people standing against this movie saying it's not correct to show someone's suffering. Through the movie, the entire Indian population got to know what happened during 1991. The Kashmiri Pandits got the sympathy and acknowledgement that they needed badly.
