Watched several of your video's,liked m all ! Very well broken down and executed. I am a L.E.O and Kali man and try at every opportunity to expand my horizons. I will be watching sir.
Coming from an older guy I can tell you.. It's a combo of stuff.. Strengthen the muscle, but don't push so hard that your tearing it. Don't work the muscle when it hurts, don't make it worse. Light exercises for the area of your body that hurts. It's your body telling you to take it easy. Stretch the muscles. I'm big so I have a hard time reaching my back to scratch it so I'll lean against the wall and use the wall to gently push and stretch my arm behind my back. Hot and Cold helps depending on your pain. also, remember that many strikes from your arms begin in the center and the Teres Major and Latissimus Dorsi muscles along your back and side.. Stretch those, work those and let them be your power and loosen up your arms until you make contact.
Sorry .. I made a mistake.. That's for a Shorin Ryu Matsubayashi Ryu elbow, it comes from under to up like an uppercut.. These elbows use the Trapezius and Deltoid muscles primary for power.. That's where you want to train for powerful cross elbows.
@@MrCBTman anyone who trained box for example can easily pick those gaps. he drops his hands, he uses the opposite hand to defend leaving himself open and so on... all this looks nice but unfortunately in action its a bit different.
@@nikolaosmilovanovits7428 I’m not so sure about that. I’ve watched enough of his videos that I’m pretty sure he can handle most boxing attacks. They may have more trouble dealing with their legs, feet, and balls getting stomped. His low kicks are nasty.
@@MrCBTman fine as you wish :) i will not try to change your mind...just try to go to any Thai gym or kickboxing gym and try those. then you will see what i was talking about :)
(every keyboard warrior on the net..) But you can't use Wing Chun!!! It doesn't work in fights!!! He forgets to mention one thing about moving forwards and striking so I will. (Sorry Sifu but you did.) He moves forward with intent but if you look closely he's maintaining his center of balance which is also very important as well as being close. You don't want to lean and extend yourself forwards to make the strike connect. You might as well be throwing a punch. So, don't lean forward to make your contact.. In a real fight you'd probably get kicked in the face or an uppercut. Thanks for the video.. Coming from Matsubayashi Ryu Shorin Ryu we work our elbow's pretty strong and it's always good to learn from different techniques.

Sir where is your school?
We are in Melbourne, Australia
What do I do with jointpain in my elbow from among others long punches. Should I stop training or is there something that can heal the joint?

MUY BIEN, PERO HAZLO DE UNA MANERA MAS LENTA.
You have no back hand defense so he can hit you whenever with his other hand.
Huh, he does have both hands up in the drill.
