when i first moved into mt pleasant i was renting a 500 s/ft one bedroom with my gf/wife beside dude chilling park in 2007 for $795, fast forward to 2012 i was looking to buy a place in mt pleasant and going into a presales office they were able to buy a place no problem at a semi affordable price. From the past 2 years so many friends of mine wanted to buy in mt pleasant but always gets into a bidding war. its quite amazing to see how mt pleasant grew all these years

With it's proximity to downtown and many other things going for it, it certainly is a sought-after neighbourhood.

Thanks, Ricardo. I don't specialize in those areas 40-60 minutes from Vancouver but I will collaborate with one of my colleagues and make a video for places like Langley for instance. Have a great weekend.

It would be nice if you show a map of the areas in Vancouver. It is much more informative than just listening to you and looking at your pretty face.

This is nonsense. The homeless drug addiction in Vancouver is unbelievable.
