If the Inhumans show hadn't existed and AoS would've had to explore it, they would've done a great job.

God I loved this show. I was so upset when I found out there wouldn’t be a season 2. It was like a mystery show but instead of waiting for the next plot twist I was excited after every episode to find out how they were going to top themselves in bizarrely bad writing.

The worst thing, IMO, is that the comic run that the series was based on was actually really good. I was super looking forwards to the Inhumans,, and was super mega disapointed.
For the record, Scott Buck is the yes man that gets things done on a budget, that's why he was given Iron Fist and then Inhumans, they knew it was going to be bad, but they cared more about money than spending money to fix and film it properly.

There's a little scene I loved in this series: Black Bolt is stranded on Earth and Medusa is trying to contact him through the communication bracelet because she fears he might have been killed. He hears her speak, but he obviously can't talk to her, and Medusa is crying "Please give me a sign that you're there and you're okay, I need to know that you're okay!". What does Black Bolt do? He puts the communicator on his chest so she can hear his heartbeat. it's so beautiful and poetic while being clever and practical, I love it. The rest of the series is unwatchable trash though

I've watched this show weekly when It came out, mostly because I used to love the inhumans in the comics, I waited so longe to see Black Bolt use his Power, and when I finally happened... When you search for inhumans it should just say "Did you mean agents of shield seasons 2 through 7?" Hell, they even did "people living in bunkers in orbit and becoming inhumans under a rigid caste system" better than inhumans.
The species of Inhumans were part of Agents of Shield for the whole show except the first one. Despite using NeHumans as some call them they still handled the Inhumans story better.
@Milkyway2099 "Out of the blue"? The show takes place in the same universe where aliens have always existed and has even featured aliens as far back as season 1 with Lady Sif. The Inhuman story got as far as season 4 because of very simple reasons. One of them being that the plot of season 5 was to literally save the entire planet from destruction. The plot of season 6, fighting a being from another dimension which makes Inhumans seem normal by comparison and the plot of season 7 being to save the entire existence of S.H.I.E.L.D. After doing the Inhuman story very impressively for 2 and a half seasons, you gotta jump to new ideas and with the ideas the next 3 seasons gave, it was not only a fresh direction for the show but also a logical one.

I've watched this show weekly when It came out, mostly because I used to love the inhumans in the comics, I waited so longe to see Black Bolt use his Power, and when I finally happened... I almost broke my TV in half, It was awful, in the comics Black Bolt and Medusa are awesome but in this show they look like complete idiots, I hate this show, I hate the fact that I've watched weekly, and I'm the only person I know that did that
I bet everyone else called you a madman. You're a survivor, and you have my respect.

Damn shame, but you can blame Isaac Pulmutter. They did get most of the other tv/netflix Agents of SHIELD, Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Punisher right, however.

I havent watched the series 2 but I actually really enjoyed series 1
I still think it's the worst of the Netflix marvel shows, but yeah better than Inhumans lol
Season 2 has a different showrunner but the bromance of ward and danny is amazing throughout

The species of Inhumans were part of Agents of Shield for the whole show except the first one. Despite using NeHumans as some call them they still handled the Inhumans story better.
They need to do these characters right, and Fantastic Four. Great stories and good canon - a shame they f'd it all up!!!

@Milkyway2099 "Out of the blue"? The show takes place in the same universe where aliens have always existed and has even featured aliens as far back as season 1 with Lady Sif. The Inhuman story got as far as season 4 because of very simple reasons. One of them being that the plot of season 5 was to literally save the entire planet from destruction. The plot of season 6, fighting a being from another dimension which makes Inhumans seem normal by comparison and the plot of season 7 being to save the entire existence of S.H.I.E.L.D.
After doing the Inhuman story very impressively for 2 and a half seasons, you gotta jump to new ideas and with the ideas the next 3 seasons gave, it was not only a fresh direction for the show but also a logical one.
The silver lining of this entire show is that I've just learned about Loco Moco

I’m just hoping “The Eternals” is more than a big budget, star-studded and CGI/FX laden remake of “The Inhumans”. Best thing I can say about the latter is that it got Anson Mount a chance to play a Star Trek captain instead of a mime in front of a green screen. 😳
It will be a woke disaster or X-Men pre-cursor to explain "mutants". Could have some use , but the social crap forced in it, is cringe worthy. On to Loki, Fantastic Four, Kang the Conqueror,, etc.

According to feige, the the director pitch for the eternals movie is "the best he ever heard" so it's probably the opposite of the inhumans, which even he clearly hates
