Do they have condos there in Russia? Can people actually own, buy and sell them? We sell our Condo after 5 yrs. make $6,000 on it.
@@salero2118 these places are designed for daily rentals. What they did was take one or two large apartments and gutted them. Then made like 5-6 tiny places. I have an apartment (condo) on the north side of Moscow. It is just outside the city limits. It is a two bedroom with a living room kitchen combo. It is not huge but is more comfortable.
And yes you can buy and sell lime anywhere. I have bought three apartments now. Sold two and bought a house. Made money on all. You just have to be careful with the exchange rate. You can loose money that way.

Huuuge he said? 🤣🤣 We owned a condo apt. once that was 111 sq. meters, 3-2 with balcony that was used as intended and separate laundry room.
We both didn't care about the place. It was so small you could touch each wall while standing.
