I actually had full-on psychosis after having covid (related to both insomnia and genetics). it was... bad. to say the least. sending past stephen good vibes.
Sorry you were (hoping it’s over by now) having those sleeping problems. That laser pointer Alex was using reminded me of how I would use a cheap $1 pointer and play with my dog with it. She would go crazy chasing and trying to bite the dot! Speaking of feeding schedules for pets she would always eat at the same time every day unless we brought her with us to see family. She had 2 meals a day. One was after she would go out in the morning around 7 AM. The 2nd was 2 or 2:30 PM. She would always be so excited to eat running for the bowl once she heard her food being poured or if we would say “do you want to eat?” It was always so funny to watch her get so excited! I miss her a lot.
ive had bouts of psychosis due to lack of sleep and its rlly bad so I understand where ur coming from just be careful when taking sleeping meds bc if u still cant fall asleep that makes it worse usually
Why... was Alex measuring the distance between your mouth... and him? 😳😂 I had sleep issues caused by my poor cat who had crazy separation anxiety (as I know Kepler did/does), so after the first little bit of having him and leaving the bedroom door open, I closed the door at night instead. That caused him to scream and throw himself at my door, which also didn't help my sleep, but eventually he sort of got used to "at night human sleep and maybe cat should try sleep too". But, of course, every human and cat is very different. :P Hope the 'vacation away from home' helped!
truthfully the only thing that fixed my post covid sleep issues was spending years trying to find the right meds, supplements and sleep hygiene. but it took a long time it gave me CFS so i rarely feel rested even when i sleep well
I remember the last time you couldn't sleep because of Kepler you resorted to sleeping in a closet on an air mattress. You also noticed that if there's two closed doors, instead of just one, between you and Kepler he doesn't scream all night. Was that at the previous house? Can you not do that at this one?
Kepler was 5% of the reason I couldn’t sleep at most, so I didn’t bother putting a lot of distance between us. The bigger problem was laying in bed unable to fall asleep :X
Lmao the laser
If I can't sleep here
I won't sleep anywhere, baby
If I can't sleep here
Ha ha ha, oh
Sniper get down stephen!!!

Slumber party!! Hope you got some good rest Stephen ❤
Good sleepy vibes!
Love the outro song😂
And thus we never saw Stephen again
You just worry about the rest, don't worry about the rest.
Hallucinations, huh? That's gotta be why that's all the vlog we get today.

I have a memory of the outro song from when I was a kid, but only in some foreign language? Does anyone else know this?
It's the tune of Frère Jacques, about a monk who oversleeps and is late to ring the morning prayer bell in the monastery
@@enesevanderwalt5900That's it, thanks!
Can’t believe you didn’t ask your mother for permission before going over
