honestly you don't need to do it, its a myth. just make sure you don't lose hope if you don't see any results when you look into the mirror BUT if you listen for 2+ weeks and don't see ANY results then you know it's time to switch.

My acne was horrible these past 3 months and my mom desperately tried to find the right products for my skin but nothing really worked.
