Update : I have been listening since three days and it has given me a lot of change! okay i had to say it somewhere because it's the best thing that happened to me today. for 1 year now, i've (sometimes) been attending kpop drop-in classes. today we learned itzy's wannabe beat drop/dance break. after the class, the dance instructor always picks 4 people to dance + shoot with her (to upload it on the media). she picks people who executed it the best. And today, after one whole year, she picked me for the first time!! I was SO shook at that moment but i'm so happy and proud that i did well and the teacher picked me🥺🥺 An update no one asked for, two months later: so today a kpop random dance took place. we did the usual, having fun, dancing etc. in the end, a mother with her adorable young daughter - were watching from afar - complimented my dancing and the mom told me she really enjoyed watching me dance and many other people made some compliments as well and i felt so touched and happy. They made my day:(

Same girl last month my depression came back and now I feel sad and empty I've been dealing with depression since I was 13 and I've been dealing with really bad anxiety my whole life and it got worse when I got into middle school and high school and caused me to become suicidal I thought about killing myself multiple times when I was a teenager and when i was 13 I attempted suicide and when I was 17 I attempted suicide and overdosed on pills because the way I was feeling and because I was so sick of having seizures because I have epilepsy and I have petitmal seizures I've been taking medication for that since I was 7 years old and I had to get on three medications this year when I was 18 because when I was 15 I started having grand mal seizures alot and almost died from them when I was 18 and I had one in February and March and those ones I fell on the bathroom hard wood floor and almost died from a seizure and I had too go to the hospital because I hit my head and I had like 5 bumps on my head and it was bleeding a little bit and I had a big bump on my forehead and my forehead was bleeding really bad and I had a black eye and got a concussion from that seizure I'm 19 now and I'm still here

okay i had to say it somewhere because it's the best thing that happened to me today. for 1 year now, i've (sometimes) been attending kpop drop-in classes. today we learned itzy's wannabe beat drop/dance break. after the class, the dance instructor always picks 4 people to dance + shoot with her (to upload it on the media). she picks people who executed it the best. And today, after one whole year, she picked me for the first time!! I was SO shook at that moment but i'm so happy and proud that i did well and the teacher picked me🥺🥺
An update no one asked for, two months later: so today a kpop random dance took place. we did the usual, having fun, dancing etc. in the end, a mother with her adorable young daughter - were watching from afar - complimented my dancing and the mom told me she really enjoyed watching me dance and many other people made some compliments as well and i felt so touched and happy. They made my day:(

Same girl last month my depression came back and now I feel sad and empty I've been dealing with depression since I was 13 and I've been dealing with really bad anxiety my whole life and it got worse when I got into middle school and high school and caused me to become suicidal I thought about killing myself multiple times when I was a teenager and when i was 13 I attempted suicide and when I was 17 I attempted suicide and overdosed on pills because the way I was feeling and because I was so sick of having seizures because I have epilepsy and I have petitmal seizures I've been taking medication for that since I was 7 years old and I had to get on three medications this year when I was 18 because when I was 15 I started having grand mal seizures alot and almost died from them when I was 18 and I had one in February and March and those ones I fell on the bathroom hard wood floor and almost died from a seizure and I had too go to the hospital because I hit my head and I had like 5 bumps on my head and it was bleeding a little bit and I had a big bump on my forehead and my forehead was bleeding really bad and I had a black eye and got a concussion from that seizure I'm 19 now and I'm still here

Okay so this is serious NO JOKE. Yesterday i was searching for a subliminal and then when i returned to the homepage i saw this sub. I clicked on it intrigued. Update 1:day 3:
I've been listening to this for about an hour a day since it came out and i my parents gave me 100 euros??? They never give me more than 20 and they sure as hell haven't given me any money cause i don't go out since we're in quarantine so i was really surprised. I am moving into an apartment in a couple of months, we found this perfect place and i didn't think we were gonna be able to get it cause the real estate agent told my dad that it was in high demand, but the owner accepted our offer!!!!! I'm so happy. I've also been getting on really well with my family. I sometimes act immature and petty when i get mad but i had a fight with my sister and we managed to talk it out without me turning into a little brat and raising my voice. I actually made an effort to understand my sisters which i was really proud of(ik it may sound childish and selfish to not try and understand the other persons pov during an argument but i'm stubborn af and tend to get caught up in the heat of the moment). My cat has been more cuddly than usual whatta cutie :')). I've been participating more in class which is great cause i'm a decent student but i'm really shy so participation is the only thing keeping me from getting better grades. I think this sub has helped me figure out what i want to study in uni?? I can start applying in October depending on which countries i want to apply to so I've been doing research, i can also apply in one year but i'm not sure about were i want to go yet. I'm really happy about this because i had close to no idea about what i wanted to study before i listened to this sub. I told my parents about this and they were supportive, my brother has also been really helpful, he helped me look for different places and giving me advice(whatta legend). I'm not 100% sure that this is what i want to do but i'm really interested in the topic so this is a great start.

I've been getting on really well with my family this past week and i've manifested a laptop for 150 while the original price was 500?? For context my dad's friend has been lending me his laptop so I can do my school work since I don't have one. He offered to sell it out of the blue, fkin sorcery. I had a debate with my friend, and i'm usually quite careful about how i phrase things when we talk. During this debate i kinda got fed up and dragged his a$$ cause i realised i was the only one constantly compromising in order to make him happy while he never thinks twice about how he talks to me (he's borderline abusive) so i took a break from him. day 1: I listened to this last night before bed, I got my test scores back from one of my online classes and got a 100 :)
day 2: I got a free facial certificate and when I was at the beach today a random guy came up to me and said I was really pretty
day 3: forgot to listen today but one of my friends said I look different today, I also felt really happy and confident all day.

Update: So I started before June but stopped because I didn’t think it was working. That was until I started again the other day and my skin was clearer.
