      I come back to this interview between you and Ellyn often. Differentiation skills have been incredibly useful in developing a better tool kit and coping mechanisms. Her story at 38:00 is so poignant and useful, I use it as a grounding rod to relieve triggering. Thanks to both of you!❤

    I wonder what a more accurate/positive word for "tolerate" could be... Tolerate feels like "enduring" which is outside of consent; like we're putting up with something that's not actually okay. Maybe it could be related to increasing your capacity for discomfort with window of tolerance language?
