A distinction needs to be made between understanding a Hebraic Biblical View versus Jewish customs. These are two very different things. American pastors teach the 66 books of the Bible without studying or understanding a true Hebraic Biblical worldview. They do not teach this in seminaries; thus, many pastors like you miss the whole ecosystem of the Bible by seeing it through a Greek Western mindset. Many teachings of wrong interpretations are taught due to ignorance of a Middle Eastern life/culture. I highly suggest people read Kenneth Bailey’s book: Jesus Through Middle Eastern Eyes.
The verses below seem to confirm what you are saying. I think Jesus was making a short-term Nazarite vow. Num 6:3 He shall separate himself from wine and strong drink, and shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong drink, neither shall he drink any liquor of grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried. Joh 19:30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

Problem is that these type of teachers have Paul- an Israelite- appeasing other Israelites. Reading Saul in context we see that being “under the law” means not being under the penalty of the law. And they also don’t realize that performing Circumcision for salvation was never commanded for a gentile or an Israelite (contrary to what the Pharisees had turned Circumcision into by the 1st century). And they fail to recognize that the levitical sacrificial system did not deal with intentional sin- and this is why Yeshua (after the order of Melchizedek) was a more perfect sacrifice because Yeshua did deal with intentional sin. Paul was not a hypocrite or talking out of both sides of his mouth. Saul continues to be accused of being lawless and Peter warns us of those that were misunderstanding Saul was leading to lawlessness. The law was never given by God as a means for earning or gaining or meriting salvation. You’re right. And Yeshua came not to abolish it but to show us that His law of love was the law of God mixed with faith, mercy love and justice. I don't think Paul was talking about the Torah law. He is not talking about the law,but becoming like them to please them. He's talking about pharisees law which was traditional law not Torah itself. So he would pretend to keep their law to please them(not sure why he would do such a thing though)
The Law for a Nazarite vow is right there in Numbers 6. It is part of the Torah. It’s not a Jewish custom, it was a Holy law given by God to his Holy people, Israel.

I’ve been part if the ‘Hebrew Roots’ movement for about 15 years now. Now with that being said i am not a ‘Torah Observant’ person, as i realize that i am not under the old Mosaic covenant. However, i learn so much from studying the jewish roots! And so do i also observe the biblical feasts, just as so many of the first believers had done as well. For me it is an honor and great joy to observe the first coming (spring feasts) and the second coming ( the fall feasts) because i am aware that they are the entire plan of God. Colossians 2:16&17. I also refuse to worship as the ancient israeli and judean kingdoms did with the ashterot poles with christmas and easter being directly from druidism and babylonian origin. It says no christmas tree in jeremiah 10 specifically. So yes, i will not dilute myself into the thinking of replacing the work of the annointed one, but i find myself feeling more in connection by observing (of course not completely being that there is no temple (and for obvious reasons with that) but many had ‘required’ and had been ‘set up’ to get closer with God. Also, i knew that you would use this verse about paul just as you brought it up, as it is one i use when ‘torah observants’ try to argue and force their law on me and refuse to quit. Paul was one of the most prominent jews in leadership of his time, so it would also make sense that he would identify the nazarite vow as familiar to him and maybe he was led to do so by the spirit. I understand the concern, and there is much to be concerned for. But there are some of us out there who #1 dont want to be associated with the term ‘christian’ because of the catholic bringing in of paganism, and #2 don’t want to be known as a ‘jew’ and be thought that we are under the ‘law of the mosaic covenant’. It sounds like you're a follower of Paul (Romans 10:9, Ephesians 2:15) and NOT Jesus. Jesus believed you're SAVED in keeping the Mosiac instruction (Matthew 19:17).
Exactly, yet they changed the religion (like in the council of Nicaea, where trinity and other pagan add-ons were given to the name Christianity) Especially the eastern church refuted that change, in fact they still follow the law (somewhat) while others, like the Catholic church for example, changed so much they even added prayers to saints. The fact that Paul took the nazarite vow only to show that he didn't change the laws of the Torah (lies) so he wouldn't get in danger, is a red flag in of itself. If he didn't change the Law and what Jesus said, he would have nothing to fear.

Matthew 5:17-19? He did not change or abolish anything, he lived it perfectly. Yeshua followed the law perfectly and said follow me. He said most importantly have love or charity. You are correct that Jesus did not change anything regarding the law, but he did fulfill the law, and that has clear New Covenant implications for Christians but who (in Christ) have the law fulfilled in us
@@crazywhiteboy613 after Christ fulfills the law for us, (Rom 8:4) and we receive his law fulfilling righteousness by faith, we obey and fulfill it by obeying Matt 22:38-40, the two commands that sum up the law. We still obey the law, but NOT as Israel did in the Old Covenant before it was fulfilled in Christ. The law is still to be obeyed, but only as we see it after Jesus’ fulfillment, so that all ceremonial and national laws related to Israel don’t go away, but are fulfilled and therefore not possible to be lived out, nor are we expected to. The New Testament church is full of Gentiles, impulse spends no time explaining to the Gentiles that they should follow all of the Mosaic law. The disciples of Jesus did not stop practising the mosaic law and offering sacrifices to the Temple, did they misunderstand their Teacher? Paul -who never met him- is the only one who was acting weird, like a hypocrite.

Why is Paul separating jews from law keepers? Aren't the jews themselves the law keepers? He's talking about traditional oral law, that he didn't keep, but would pretend to be part of it to please them.
Because the other sects of Jews were following their own traditions, like their handwashing, and cup cleaning and all the other the stuff they added and made up.

I think the vow Paul took was not the nazarite vow, but another vow to have a shaved head. The text in acts 18:18 suggest only that and to interpret it any other way is conjecture in my opinion. Also paul said a man should not wear his hair long. Also remember that not all jews believe the same thing. Pharisees and saducees had different beliefs. Paul knew the scriptures of the torah and despite the nazarite vow paul said a man should cut his hair. What i THINK is that paul understood that we need no longer observe certain rituals to achieve holiness, because it is now the blood of Christ alone that makes us right in the sight of God. Therefore if we believe the new testament we need to be careful about adopting ancient Jewish practices that Jesus did away with when He tore the temple veil.

You said "according to the Law Titus must be circumcised." There is no commandment in the Torah for a Gentile to be circumcised unless there are certain conditions in place. Ezekiel 44 makes it clear that if a Gentile wishes to visit the Temple during the Millennial Reign of Christ then then physical circumcision is obligatory, and that is in accordance to the Torah's requirements. Titus was 100% Gentile and not living in Israel hence there was no biblical requirement for it to be done, plus in Galatians there were a group of people saying one could only be saved if circumcsion was done. Titus would have fallen into a trap and nullified the cross if he had been circumcised upon that belief, that of attempting to achieve salvation through works, hence his refusal. It would have been in the wrong spirit. That is very different than doing circumcision as an act of faith for obedience sake. Water baptism is a Torah command, while not many Christians realise it. If a Gentile wishes to be circumcised and they apply the same mindset as water baptism then there is nothing wrong with it, a symbolic act done in faith. Titus could take that approach if he wanted, but if he had done it in order to earn salvation then it would be wrong. We do not give money to the poor to earn salvation, rather we do it as an act of faith. The same with circumcision. Giving to the poor and circumicision are both works, the same as not commiting adultery is also a work. Read Galations again but swap circumcision for giving to the poor, then you will read the book differently. But Timothy's mother was a Jew making him Jewish. The issue was his father was a Greek, so they would assume he was a Gentile, but if the Jews discovered his Jewish lineage through his mother his uncircumcision would be a problem. Timothy was nowhere near Israel hence not legally required, but to facilitate their journey through the Gentile nations Paul had him cut. The reason Paul did a Nazarite Vow was not to pretend to be Jewish but because the Torah was not abolished. Jacob made that clear in Acts 21. All the new Jewish converts were zealous for literal Torah observance because through the knowledge of Christ the laws had much deeper meaning and now they desired to obey the law because their hearts were changed. To be under the law does not mean a Jew, but refers to an unsaved person regardless if they are Jew or not, they are condemned because they do not walk in faith. Christ walked under the law, having to earn salvation through works and faith. Us now being under grace does not mean we do not have to keep the Torah but rather means we obey it (where it applies) through faith and not with the belief we have to earn our salvation. Acts says to not eat blood three times because the Torah says it at least five times in the book of Leviticus alone, the Apostles knew it was a grave sin, the same as sexual immorality. I am quite confident you obey that law, but only because the Apostles referred to it and not because they were quoting the Torah. The Torah also says to not eat pork meat but nearly every Christian I know misunderstands Christ when He refers to food passing through the stomach. God is not concerned with the pork meat itself, rather He is concerned with the heart of the person who decides to disobey the law. The act of adultery or eating pork is just a sympton of a problem in the heart of the person. It is not the act that is concerning, rather it is the heart of the person. If you eat pork believing it is not sinful then that reveals there is a lie in your heart, your motive might be pure towards God but there is a deception in your heart. Ezekiel 40 to 48 describes the physical Temple that will be built for the Millennial Sabbath. Zechariah 14 says Gentile survivors of the Tribulation will go yearly to Jerusalem to keep the Feast of Tabermacles. Isaiah 66 says Gentiles will keep the Sabbath and new moon calendar. Once you realise the Torah is not abolished you will find more harmony in the OT and NT. After Christ's return the Torah will once again be observed literally, all the laws, animal sacrifices and all. But the Jews will not be carrying out the laws to earn salvation, but rather as an act of faith for obedience sake, with the same mentality we apply to cimmunion. When God said He did not desire sacrifices it did mean they would be done away with but rather that understamding them is important, that through Christ we are shown mercy and that we should show others that same mercy. Jesus was a Torah teacher who passionately defended God's law, constantly rebuking the pharesees who added to the law. If you claim to be a follower of Jesus and under His lordship, you obey His commandments. He made this very, very clear. Anything else is false teaching, but sadly taught at many seminaries educating blind guides, who will be judged for their false teachings, actively guiding people away from God.

If you want I can give Bible verses from Paul that says Sabbath is not fulfilled and therefore we must work to enter that day of rest. Work Sunday 1st day through Friday 6 day then on 7th day rest and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Be careful to identify what labor is the will of God/YHVH. Fruits are the outcome of what you are working.

Jesus followed Jewish practices. Jesus was the perfect covenant Jew. Without sin. Never broke any of the 613 commandments in the Torah. Jesus was a 100% wholly observant Jew.

False worship to YHVH is idolatry I believe that many christians will not make it because they are in a state of idolatry. Many christians are unaware that they are committing idolatry because they don’t truly know what it looks like. Idolatry is the act of worshipping the wrong god, or worshipping the right God the wrong way. When a christian worships God, he is required to worship Him exactly as he commands. Anyone that adds to or takes away from God’s instructions, and claims that it’s his will, is an idolater. For example, if I say that God requires you to speak in tongues before you can receive the holy spirit, I would be guilty of practicing idolatry, because I would be adding to Gods worship instructions, thus creating my own god who’s instructions contradicts those written in the bible. The most prevalent act of idolatry in the modern church is the teaching that Jesus abolished the Mosaic laws at the cross. This destructive teaching has sealed the fate of millions of christians all over the world that believe it. Many well meaning christians have been deceived into believing that the sacrificial system and the priesthood that provides the service is no longer an acceptable way to worship God. My claims can be easily proven in the book of Acts chapter 21 with the telling of the story of Paul and the four christian men who were purifying themselves(being sprinkled on the 3rd and 7th day with spring water that has red heifer ashes in it) at the Temple after failing to successfully complete their Nazarite vows to God. Also 2 1/2 years earlier Paul went under a nazarite vow in Cenchrea, in Acts 18:18. The Nazarite vow was a vow that only the most devoted followers of God would do to set themselves apart from the rest of the congregation as the ultimate act of worship to God. The Nazarite could not eat any grape products or become defiled by coming into contact with a dead body. Becoming a Nazarite was the holiest act of worship that anyone could do for God at the time that Jesus walked the earth. So when we see the Jerusalem council commanding Paul to participate in a ceremonial law that God allegedly no longer accepts as a legitimate worship practice, we need to start asking some tough questions. If worshipping the right God the wrong way is idolatry, then why would the Jerusalem council force Paul to commit a blatant act of idolatry, by worshipping the right God the wrong way at the Temple? Why would Paul remain silent to this abomination, if he knew that this type of worship to God is no longer accepted by Him as proper worship for christians? Why were four christians trying to purify themselves(resetting their Nazarite vows so that they could do it again?), at the Temple, after unsuccessfully attempting to worship the right God the wrong way, with an obsolete Mosaic law? Why was Paul performing a nazarite vow in Cenchrea that God no longer recognizes as the ultimate act of worship to Him? Was Paul that unaware that he was committing an act of idolatry when he tried to worship the right God the wrong way? These and many more questions need to be asked by all christians that seek to know if they will be in the resurrection or not because of the way that they are walking out God’s instructions. Sorry. But you did not answer the question that you set out to answer. The actual answer is in Acts 21 read the whole chapter for context. But the real answer is in verse 24. Loosely said " that you will prove to them that their testimony is false and that you actually DO KEEP TORAH" And that is thea reason why he took the vow. Also note in verse 20 how the very early congregation was zealous for torah.

God bless brother, I don't agree with this teaching as the bible was not specific on the type of vow Paul took. This is based on an assumption unless there are other parts of the scripture that supports the claim. Paul according to scripture did follow the law as the law was given by God to guide you to righteousness. As the transgression of the law is the bible's definition of sin. The claim Paul pretended to follow Jewish laws so he wont be a stumbling block to other jews is not scripture it's a wrong claim. Paul was a Jew who followed the law. A distinction needs to be made between understanding a Hebraic Biblical View versus Jewish customs. These are two very different things. American pastors teach the 66 books of the Bible without studying or understanding a true Hebraic Biblical worldview. They do not teach this in seminaries; thus, many pastors like you miss the whole ecosystem of the Bible by seeing it through a Greek Western mindset. Many teachings of wrong interpretations are taught due to ignorance of a Middle Eastern life/culture. I highly suggest people read Kenneth Bailey’s book: Jesus Through Middle Eastern Eyes.

Problem is that these type of teachers have Paul- an Israelite- appeasing other Israelites. Reading Saul in context we see that being “under the law” means not being under the penalty of the law. And they also don’t realize that performing Circumcision for salvation was never commanded for a gentile or an Israelite (contrary to what the Pharisees had turned Circumcision into by the 1st century). And they fail to recognize that the levitical sacrificial system did not deal with intentional sin- and this is why Yeshua (after the order of Melchizedek) was a more perfect sacrifice because Yeshua did deal with intentional sin. Paul was not a hypocrite or talking out of both sides of his mouth. Saul continues to be accused of being lawless and Peter warns us of those that were misunderstanding Saul was leading to lawlessness. I don't think Paul was talking about the Torah law. He is not talking about the law,but becoming like them to please them. He's talking about pharisees law which was traditional law not Torah itself. So he would pretend to keep their law to please them(not sure why he would do such a thing though)
The Law for a Nazarite vow is right there in Numbers 6. It is part of the Torah. It’s not a Jewish custom, it was a Holy law given by God to his Holy people, Israel.

I’ve been part if the ‘Hebrew Roots’ movement for about 15 years now. Now with that being said i am not a ‘Torah Observant’ person, as i realize that i am not under the old Mosaic covenant. However, i learn so much from studying the jewish roots! And so do i also observe the biblical feasts, just as so many of the first believers had done as well. For me it is an honor and great joy to observe the first coming (spring feasts) and the second coming ( the fall feasts) because i am aware that they are the entire plan of God. Colossians 2:16&17. I also refuse to worship as the ancient israeli and judean kingdoms did with the ashterot poles with christmas and easter being directly from druidism and babylonian origin. It says no christmas tree in jeremiah 10 specifically. So yes, i will not dilute myself into the thinking of replacing the work of the annointed one, but i find myself feeling more in connection by observing (of course not completely being that there is no temple (and for obvious reasons with that) but many had ‘required’ and had been ‘set up’ to get closer with God. Also, i knew that you would use this verse about paul just as you brought it up, as it is one i use when ‘torah observants’ try to argue and force their law on me and refuse to quit. Paul was one of the most prominent jews in leadership of his time, so it would also make sense that he would identify the nazarite vow as familiar to him and maybe he was led to do so by the spirit. It sounds like you're a follower of Paul (Romans 10:9, Ephesians 2:15) and NOT Jesus. Jesus believed you're SAVED in keeping the Mosiac instruction (Matthew 19:17).

Exactly, yet they changed the religion (like in the council of Nicaea, where trinity and other pagan add-ons were given to the name Christianity)
Especially the eastern church refuted that change, in fact they still follow the law (somewhat) while others, like the Catholic church for example, changed so much they even added prayers to saints.

There was a battle going on between the two covenants, which is still going on today., Many could not let go of the Old Covenant. The Book of Hebrews was written to settle this argument.

Why is Paul separating jews from law keepers? Aren't the jews themselves the law keepers? He's talking about traditional oral law, that he didn't keep, but would pretend to be part of it to please them.

I think the vow Paul took was not the nazarite vow, but another vow to have a shaved head. The text in acts 18:18 suggest only that and to interpret it any other way is conjecture in my opinion. Also paul said a man should not wear his hair long. Also remember that not all jews believe the same thing. Pharisees and saducees had different beliefs. Paul knew the scriptures of the torah and despite the nazarite vow paul said a man should cut his hair. What i THINK is that paul understood that we need no longer observe certain rituals to achieve holiness, because it is now the blood of Christ alone that makes us right in the sight of God. Therefore if we believe the new testament we need to be careful about adopting ancient Jewish practices that Jesus did away with when He tore the temple veil.

You said "according to the Law Titus must be circumcised." There is no commandment in the Torah for a Gentile to be circumcised unless there are certain conditions in place. Ezekiel 44 makes it clear that if a Gentile wishes to visit the Temple during the Millennial Reign of Christ then then physical circumcision is obligatory, and that is in accordance to the Torah's requirements. Titus was 100% Gentile and not living in Israel hence there was no biblical requirement for it to be done, plus in Galatians there were a group of people saying one could only be saved if circumcsion was done. Titus would have fallen into a trap and nullified the cross if he had been circumcised upon that belief, that of attempting to achieve salvation through works, hence his refusal. It would have been in the wrong spirit. That is very different than doing circumcision as an act of faith for obedience sake. Water baptism is a Torah command, while not many Christians realise it. If a Gentile wishes to be circumcised and they apply the same mindset as water baptism then there is nothing wrong with it, a symbolic act done in faith. Titus could take that approach if he wanted, but if he had done it in order to earn salvation then it would be wrong. We do not give money to the poor to earn salvation, rather we do it as an act of faith. The same with circumcision. Giving to the poor and circumicision are both works, the same as not commiting adultery is also a work. Read Galations again but swap circumcision for giving to the poor, then you will read the book differently.
But Timothy's mother was a Jew making him Jewish. The issue was his father was a Greek, so they would assume he was a Gentile, but if the Jews discovered his Jewish lineage through his mother his uncircumcision would be a problem. Timothy was nowhere near Israel hence not legally required, but to facilitate their journey through the Gentile nations Paul had him cut.
The reason Paul did a Nazarite Vow was not to pretend to be Jewish but because the Torah was not abolished. Jacob made that clear in Acts 21. All the new Jewish converts were zealous for literal Torah observance because through the knowledge of Christ the laws had much deeper meaning and now they desired to obey the law because their hearts were changed.
To be under the law does not mean a Jew, but refers to an unsaved person regardless if they are Jew or not, they are condemned because they do not walk in faith. Christ walked under the law, having to earn salvation through works and faith. Us now being under grace does not mean we do not have to keep the Torah but rather means we obey it (where it applies) through faith and not with the belief we have to earn our salvation. Acts says to not eat blood three times because the Torah says it at least five times in the book of Leviticus alone, the Apostles knew it was a grave sin, the same as sexual immorality. I am quite confident you obey that law, but only because the Apostles referred to it and not because they were quoting the Torah. The Torah also says to not eat pork meat but nearly every Christian I know misunderstands Christ when He refers to food passing through the stomach. God is not concerned with the pork meat itself, rather He is concerned with the heart of the person who decides to disobey the law. The act of adultery or eating pork is just a sympton of a problem in the heart of the person. It is not the act that is concerning, rather it is the heart of the person. If you eat pork believing it is not sinful then that reveals there is a lie in your heart, your motive might be pure towards God but there is a deception in your heart.
Ezekiel 40 to 48 describes the physical Temple that will be built for the Millennial Sabbath. Zechariah 14 says Gentile survivors of the Tribulation will go yearly to Jerusalem to keep the Feast of Tabermacles. Isaiah 66 says Gentiles will keep the Sabbath and new moon calendar. Once you realise the Torah is not abolished you will find more harmony in the OT and NT. After Christ's return the Torah will once again be observed literally, all the laws, animal sacrifices and all. But the Jews will not be carrying out the laws to earn salvation, but rather as an act of faith for obedience sake, with the same mentality we apply to cimmunion.
When God said He did not desire sacrifices it did mean they would be done away with but rather that understamding them is important, that through Christ we are shown mercy and that we should show others that same mercy.

Jesus was a Torah teacher who passionately defended God's law, constantly rebuking the pharesees who added to the law. If you claim to be a follower of Jesus and under His lordship, you obey His commandments. He made this very, very clear.
Anything else is false teaching, but sadly taught at many seminaries educating blind guides, who will be judged for their false teachings, actively guiding people away from God.

False worship to YHVH is idolatry
I believe that many christians will not make it because they are in a state of idolatry. Many christians are unaware that they are committing idolatry because they don’t truly know what it looks like. Idolatry is the act of worshipping the wrong god, or worshipping the right God the wrong way. When a christian worships God, he is required to worship Him exactly as he commands. Anyone that adds to or takes away from God’s instructions, and claims that it’s his will, is an idolater. For example, if I say that God requires you to speak in tongues before you can receive the holy spirit, I would be guilty of practicing idolatry, because I would be adding to Gods worship instructions, thus creating my own god who’s instructions contradicts those written in the bible. The most prevalent act of idolatry in the modern church is the teaching that Jesus abolished the Mosaic laws at the cross. This destructive teaching has sealed the fate of millions of christians all over the world that believe it. Many well meaning christians have been deceived into believing that the sacrificial system and the priesthood that provides the service is no longer an acceptable way to worship God. My claims can be easily proven in the book of Acts chapter 21 with the telling of the story of Paul and the four christian men who were purifying themselves(being sprinkled on the 3rd and 7th day with spring water that has red heifer ashes in it) at the Temple after failing to successfully complete their Nazarite vows to God. Also 2 1/2 years earlier Paul went under a nazarite vow in Cenchrea, in Acts 18:18. The Nazarite vow was a vow that only the most devoted followers of God would do to set themselves apart from the rest of the congregation as the ultimate act of worship to God. The Nazarite could not eat any grape products or become defiled by coming into contact with a dead body. Becoming a Nazarite was the holiest act of worship that anyone could do for God at the time that Jesus walked the earth.
So when we see the Jerusalem council commanding Paul to participate in a ceremonial law that God allegedly no longer accepts as a legitimate worship practice, we need to start asking some tough questions. If worshipping the right God the wrong way is idolatry, then why would the Jerusalem council force Paul to commit a blatant act of idolatry, by worshipping the right God the wrong way at the Temple? Why would Paul remain silent to this abomination, if he knew that this type of worship to God is no longer accepted by Him as proper worship for christians? Why were four christians trying to purify themselves(resetting their Nazarite vows so that they could do it again?), at the Temple, after unsuccessfully attempting to worship the right God the wrong way, with an obsolete Mosaic law? Why was Paul performing a nazarite vow in Cenchrea that God no longer recognizes as the ultimate act of worship to Him? Was Paul that unaware that he was committing an act of idolatry when he tried to worship the right God the wrong way? These and many more questions need to be asked by all christians that seek to know if they will be in the resurrection or not because of the way that they are walking out God’s instructions. We all know that God hates idolaters because he’s promised that they will never inherit the kingdom(Revelation 21:7-8). Why do we grow old and die?
GOD did not want humans to die. Our first parents, Adam and Eve, were created with a perfect mind and body. They could still be alive today. This is clear from what God said to Adam about a tree growing in the garden of Eden.
God said to Adam: “The day you eat [from the tree] you will surely die.” - Genesis 2:17. This command would have been meaningless if Adam had been created to grow old and die. Adam knew that if he did not eat from that tree, he would not die.

It is true that the word "resurrection" is not found in the Hebrew Scriptures, which are known as the Old Testament, but the promise of resurrection is there. For example, through the prophet Hosea, God promised: “I will rescue them from the hand of the grave, and I will rescue them from death.” - Hosea 13:14; Job 14: 13-15; Isaiah 26:19; Daniel 12: 2, 13.
Where will people be resurrected? Some people will be resurrected to live in heaven. There they will reign with Jesus Christ. - 2 Corinthians 5: 1; Revelation 5: 9, 10. Sorry. But you did not answer the question that you set out to answer. The actual answer is in Acts 21 read the whole chapter for context. But the real answer is in verse 24. Loosely said " that you will prove to them that their testimony is false and that you actually DO KEEP TORAH" And that is thea reason why he took the vow. God bless brother, I don't agree with this teaching as the bible was not specific on the type of vow Paul took. This is based on an assumption unless there are other parts of the scripture that supports the claim. Paul according to scripture did follow the law as the law was given by God to guide you to righteousness. As the transgression of the law is the bible's definition of sin. The claim Paul pretended to follow Jewish laws so he wont be a stumbling block to other jews is not scripture it's a wrong claim. Paul was a Jew who followed the law. The claim that following the law yields the truth of the gospel is also a misunderstanding of what the gospel is or what the laws are meant for. This is essentially the great divide between the Catholic Roman roots and the jewish christian roots. The Roman christian roots were very antisemitic, we can see it in their historical documents. The scripture backs up the second definition not only in the same verse but all over the gospels. Jesus continues by saying whoever removes them will be called least in my kingdom. Notice the law is not meant for salvation Jesus is salvation because he will have people in his kingdom who do not follow the law but are saved yet they will be called least in his kingdom. Now what Jesus did was he took the penalty of the law he became sin and he took the punishment of the law so we can be justified through him, hence saving us who puts their faith in him. But we are still subject to the law as it's our guide to walk in righteousness with God. The law defines sin for us and also Gid says if you love me then you will keep his commandments. The Book of Hebrews was written about 65 AD and was addressed to those who were having trouble letting go of the Old Covenant. Useless and "obsolete" animal sacrifices were still being made in the second temple in Jerusalem. Those sacrifices ended in 70 AD, when God allowed the Romans to destroy the city and the temple in the same way the Babylonians had done it during an earlier time.
The New Covenant was fulfilled in blood at Calvary. The passage below was written in the present tense. We are not come to Mount Sinai in verse 18. We are come instead to the new covenant church of Mount Sion and the blood in verses 22-24.
