It must have been palatial when new! The roof & pillars need repairs but the floor & walls are still solid. A power wash, some new windows & doors & it could look like new. You did a fantastic job of clearing it out after 30 years! Well done!
I think a power wash would destroy it. The construction is exclusively plaster over brick or wood, and the staining goes deep. I’m sure they have appropriate techniques for the situation, though.

Just asking as we do things a little different in the USA. You guys do great work and I wished you all well and watch out for those snakes
