America would be profoundly better if The People, and those who represent The People, respected the Fact that in order for law and amendment to be considered superior, it must first be in compliance with the 7 articles.
If it's not in pursuance to the 7 articles, it cannot be Constitutional. Amendments, such as the 16th Amendment, over look the 7. Which is like digging a foundation; but then building a house next to the foundation, as opposed to on top of it.
The bill of rights was meant to be an example of Amendments that are in pursuance thereof; but a majority of people learn to read, how to absorb information, and never learn to write; how to understand and criticize information. It's for this reason that we've deviated from the Blessings of Liberty.
Leaving us with a Despotism that We The People are solely responsible for destroying, leaving us with the Duty to resurrect that which was killed.

Astonished by the institutional scholars who entirely overlook the subterfuge of the original Constitution. It’s not really hidden knowledge, I even hold an adjudicated agreement to which the United States holds no dispute but indeed an acknowledgment that the fraud occurred and remains today.
The hearing and results are unprecedented in US history and provide me ease of mind along with a sheer disturbing sense of the criminal nature of our foundation.
A brand new history must be observed and passed on...
I trust very soon, the account I described will shockingly disturb your morning news intake. Everything changes on that day. Plan accordingly.

It’s been nice knowing you Democracy, but your Constitution proved to be not worth the paper it was scratched upon. BF was right. If you write, I’ll let you know how life goes under the Kleptocracy. If I can....

We’re not a Democracy but rather a Constitutional Republic. Jefferson persuaded Madison to digress not the other way around.

      A more nuanced view IMHO:
The People in the 13 Confederate Nations were out of control. Chaos and Mayhem were the laws and in just a few years moved from a cohesive and unified people fighting tyranny to bitterness, greed, and violence, fighting each other and not honoring their contracts or treaties.
You can call it a Republic or a Democracy, but either way it was a form of mob rule. When the mob didn't like something, like paying their bills or being fair with each other, or compromise, they just voted for whatever their greedy selves wanted, no matter who injured. Just as Cicero predicted, if a Democratic Like Government (including Republics) devolves into Chaos and Mayhem, then a Tyrant will emerge (the people will demand it). In that regard, the Constitution ended up being better than deserved.
Internal growth of the people in society is the predecessor to a good government or maybe even no need for government. Governments are compatible with the People.

Stop violating Indian treaties for as far back as I can remember from the beginning.
