I have some questions: When trying to isolate chest muscles underlying the breasts why lift legs? Wouldn't that decrease your stabilization disallowing you move heavier weight and also diminishing form for beginners with that now lack of stabilization feet on the floor provides?
Well I don't have 5-10 pound dumbbells, so for now I'll use my 1kg ones. The exercise was relatively easy though, except for one hand push up, I fell face flat quite quickly 😅 Will continue doing this.

I have about 30-40 more lbs to lose (lost 40lbs already) and i found myself here bc i have only been doing cardio but i want to incorporate strength training so that my boobs don't become completely deflated like they did the first time i lost weight which was about 10 years ago.

Made me laugh how people write their breasts are growing from the workout. Lol. Breasts are fat tissue, you can not train them, you can only train your chest around them, so no, they will not grow unless you take hormones or get pregnant. But keep believing.
