but this only works if the opposing arch is already restored? or dentate? or do you mean I duplicate both dentures and make the holes for multi-unit abutments of both of them and then take the PVS bite registration for both to have the same exact relation?

Have you considered a set of these pre-welded or pre-bonded on one side since the tubes are not indexed?

Thank you for the pearls, where do you buy the primopattern from, I use the Triad material but it comes in tubes, any flowable should work as well.
