Could I have interrupt on cloud? for example, i want to stop servo when it is running.

Is it possible to use Arduino IOT cloud from anywhere in the world that means is it necessary to connect the user device and the esp32 or whatever the microcontroller it is, to the same network?

Yup. It does work even if you’re not on the same wifi network
