I'm surprised people didn't know that every path has you losing a character in the birthright route i believe you lose scarlet or maybe that was revelations? Its been a while
Yeah i played Awakening on Lunatic recently. Stat inflation is a big problem, unless you're Robin or Morgan, and Ambush spawns were always the worst, but Awakening really takes the cake.
That's basically how I beat it my first run Wasted the rescue staff earlier in the game and managed to win with a couple of units dying in the end holding off enemies so I could kill takumi
I mean, you are saying that like it's something that hard. He basically sacked half of his army so Corrin could reach the boss, Conquest endgame is not hard if you just sack units and try to make Corrin speedrun the boss, it's hard when you try to do deathless.

I remember the Takumi incident was my very first time watching a Mangs stream. With that I was introduced to this Egg and his absurd luck... and Mangs Math.
What a wild ride. There was at times i thought you'd get overwhelmed and overpowered and lose the run, but you somehow managed to pull it off. Congrats on beating Conquest iron-man Lunatic mode!
Hey, that's not true! Selena can be a very good unit...if you give her every stat booster, every single tonic and she's the only unit you ever use, then and ONLY then will she become the best unit in the game 😎
Selena is an op support unit, she is a healer that flies and learns rally speed. The only one in the game with access to that shit aside from azura but why would you give up your dancer.

I remember how it was a mixed feelings watching this live seeing the two units carrying the run, Rallyman and Ophelia dying a turn before Mangs defeat Takumi which makes me sad but super proud because he beat Conquest Lunatic Ironman. Binding Blade might be his favourite game but I have to admit Mangs is still the master when it comes to Conquest 🙌🏼 (despite playing carelessly to take risks at times)
the Reason for fate's sloppy story, is because the writers where trying to achieve too much with not enough time. Intelligents Systems had an idea for Fate to have three stories to appeal to everyone, but they realized that they didn't have enough writers. So they hired an outside writer, Shin Kibayashi was that writer. Intelligent Systems wanted Shin to write the outline for each pathway, what happened instead is that Shin wrote 500 pages for each pathway. Nintendo knew this was too long so they cut the story into pieces without the writers permission and the fact the Nintendo demanded Fates come on the Fire Emblem Anniversary only made things worse. Which resulted in this hilariously mess of a story. The good news this that there is a manga based on Fates that is a little better. Its called Fire Emblem If: the Crown of Niberlung.

She's a gold-digger who's only in it to get paid, and unlike other 'when we gettin paid' characters like Beowulf and Farina, she doesn't actually take anything from my funds.
Despite being 2 attemps a lose and a win and the hardiest iron man he has done still probably the least deaths of any iron man and it will probably stay that way but all the same its probably the 1 iron man he will always have over mekkah

This is the first ironman I watched because I've only played Fire emblem games from Awakening and after. It was hilarious. 10/10 would Gruh again.
It was pretty cool seeing this live. Mangs is pretty clutch for the hardest games in the series.
