I dont mean to be so offtopic but does someone know a trick to get back into an Instagram account?? I was dumb lost my password. I appreciate any tips you can offer me.
Favourite level for how cruel it was, but how satisfying it was to overcome the dodging by actually PAYING ATTENTION TO THE MUSIC REALLY CLOSE (and retrying 100 times) and then it all became clear.. and then I became Gitaroo Man and attacked the buttons with bloodshot eye rage and blistering thumbs. The main thing about Gitaroo Man that i think is unique though, is that some parts of the music are not even in the actual soundtrack, but additional pieces that were added in to have a "replay value" effect by randomizing the dodge/attack parts.. which eventually end in the enemys health bar draining.. which also was used to lengthen the fight if you were doing really bad, it made sure you at least had the endurance to get through. Eat your heart out Guitar Hearo.
Seriously.. If it can be played on a Psp, why can't we get this emulated onto ps4 or even ps3.. I would love this, especially with trophies.. Played it to death on masters mode S ranking them all on the ps2. Epic!!
Ha, yes, this is where I gave up on Master Play mode. It took me ages just to make it past the opening defense section. But still, I tried many, many times, encouraged by the fact that this is easily one of my favourite music tracks in a game ever.
@@BeanyOne The drum and bass level with the flying whales took me weeks. I thought it was hard until I hit sanbone trio, and then my life was ruined by the metal level "momma, I've done it again...hehe" still haunts me XD
Man this and the Ben-K level were the fucking hardest ever i broke a PS2 controller on the Ben-K level luckily it was a crapy 3rd party controller and not one of my good Dual Shock 2s
You'll get it eventually. It took me a very long time as well. Now I can do it on an emulator even with the wacky timing issues. Just gotta keep at it! :>
BeanyOne Hey I just beat the Sanbone trio on my fourth try, but in the European version of the game in which you don`t lose as much health for failing the attack parts. 56 tries in total :)
Oh man, such memories. This song took me sooooo many attempts to beat on master mode. Never did get to a point that I could beat it consistently, I don't think. It's such a travesty that everyone remembers PaRappa but so few ever even heard of this game.
Played only stage 1 at my friends and game seems good i keeping looking up videos time to time. This music though is just so amazing and trippy. I cannot comprehend the patience but rewarding joy you would feel beating the trio. It just seems...so...damn..good.
Good shit BeanyOne! Born to be Bone on Master's Play is the hardest song in the game. I was stuck on this stage for 7 months of daily play before I managed to pass it for the first time,
"And so we come full circle"... Awesome way to start a video description, that really gives the impression we're going to witness something of considerable importance... even though I don't even know what game it is. But the music is cool.
I made a modchart(s) of Gitaroo Man levels. He played one on his stream, enjoyed it, and posted his reaction to TH-cam. It so happened that this level was the one he used in his video. th-cam.com/video/085r56nuQx0/w-d-xo.html
Hahaha, oh man. You got unbelievably lucky with the choice of defense/attack streams they chose. None of Pine, Soda, or Carrot's hard ones, nor their line attack. They're brutal when they put you through all of the paces at once - took me three years to knock them out.
I just randomly felt like listening to this song again and ended up here. xD It was so tough to learn the master mode but also so much fun! Love this song.
Fun fact! The Sanbone Trio have names. The yellow one is Pine, the red one is Carrot, and Soda is the blue one. Weird ass names for skeletons, but it's cute!
I've beaten this game and stage more than 3 years ago, and can you believe it? I still remember all the buttons to tap by heart, while listening to the music! I believe next stages in master mode were not as difficult as this one.
Hey there you game right? What's the hardest game ever? Cuphead? *Nah.* Dark Souls trilogy? *Naaah.* Bloodborne? *Heh heh, no way.* Then what? *Heh heh heh... TRY BEATING GITAROO MAN ON MASTER PLAY MODE!!!* /laughs manically while tied up in a straitjacket\
@AllegedPhilo to be fair, that part isn't that hard, I just recently beat this level on master play mode and I must say this level is just RIDICULOUS! but that part you linked is the least of your worries.
Me and a friend tried for SEVEN YEARS to beat this level and never could do it. We tried everything: memorizing every single note, coming up with elaborate finger placement strategies, having one of us concentrate just on the stick while the only just the buttons. Nothing ever worked and we deemed it impossible. One thing I remember was that the order of enemy solos was random, and that the red one was by far the hardest. If the red one came up first, we just reset because it meant he would come up twice and no way would you win.
All I see is positive deedback but I dont think you get enough credit. This is my favorite stage and you fucking blew it up sky high!! Just fucking amazing, man :D
also, part of the pre intro intro cutscene, it says "the singer's voice was honey love" now this is something I love. If Legendary Theme had vocals, that would mean that U-1 would have probably sang it to Kirah in the previous stage. It would also mean U-1 has a good voice, because of "honey love" so his voice would have been as sweet as honey. Maybe it was just from a translation error, nonetheless that would be pretty cool.
Did anybody notice that sanbone trio's pants look like controllers please tell me somebody saw it and that i wasn't looking at a skeleton's crotch on purpose
Julian L Well then, probably because Ben-K isn't very difficult. Stage 4 is static, and stage 5, especially compared to the rest of Master Play, is just really really easy. The Sanbone Trio is quite easily the hardest stage in the game, and beating just them on Master Play took me about a year and a half or so.
BeanyOne Well, I suck at the game, so I barely played on hard, but from footage, Ben-K (The Defense Only One) Looks damn near impossible on hard, maybe that's just me.
Julian L Compared to Mojo King Bee just before him, Ben-K Defense Only is short and sweet. It's still difficult for players unused to the game, don't get me wrong, but in terms of relative difficulty Ben-K is one of the easier stages in Master Play.
I was looking this song up again and you're like the second video hahaha. also I remember you streaming this on twitch and having to play this over and over, hahaha. -cue all the bone jokes-

+tija1012 Me too, mostly because i want to try out stage 7 on master mode to see how hard it really is. If it is, then it would probably be in my top 10 hardest songs in rythem games, if someone would make that kind of countdown!
You did amazingly well in the beginning, better than I've ever done even in my peak, but towards the end you dropped far more notes than I expected, ultimately doing worse than my best runs. I can only assume the video lag and weariness got to you?
I was playing on an emulator, so there was video and input latency somewhat. Plus, I've had LOTS more practice on the earlier parts than the latter, and the part where they jump on top of each other for some reason I can just never get down.
Wow this brought back so many memories, I finished this on master too.
