Greasing for the rollers is not necessary. It doesn't rotate but only roll. Applying grease will only attract dust and prevent the rollers from freely back and forth...

Brother i need help i have pulsar 150 ug4 2012 model im facing engine missing problem rpm is not in idle position when engine starts i have changed carburettor and its hose pipe still not solved and i have replaced both side ht coil still nt solved changed cdi unit problem not solved done valve tappet setting valves are correct dono what to do engine is getting heated but i have doubt on chain tensioner last option .. if u know any suggestions please reply to me ...

should we always change the clutch assembly or just clutch shoes are enough? My fathers activa never stops vibrating..changed variator rollers, clutch shoes, belt... except the clutch hub.

Only replacing clutch shoes will work.

I have a question, please anyone do answer if they have solution or know the reason behind its cause...
I have Ntorq XP bs6
In race mode,upon middle stand it used to do 112-113 upon hitting limiter
Recently i got my CVT (back whole clutch assembly) changed
Now it only hits max of 106-107 with limiter on middle stand
What could be the reason?and how could we fix it?
Also i feel like it's drinking too much fuel,what could be solution for it?(Its fuel injection)
Pls answer both queries if possible

There can be couple of reasons behind this.
1. Not enough friction between the clutch shoe and the clutch wheel (hub) due to new polished parts.
2. Friction on wheels from break shoes or bearings.
3. Other mechanical problems.
