Wow, a Bible rooted Episcopal parish, sadly you don’t see those anymore. I’m apart of an ANiC parish, I absolutely love the new BCP. I still like the 1962 Canadian BCP, but there’s such continuity with our provincial prayer book. The 2019 BCP is a liturgical gem, a source of comfort, and an amazing resource that helps us connect to God, and our brothers and sisters in Christ.
The ACNA has quickly become a branch of the Episcopal Church for these very actions. Obviously, this _revision_ decided to deviate from the Bible enough to encourage females to take male roles in the Church. It's even hypocritical from the onset of the book. From the preface: _"... what emerged in Britain, by God’s grace, was a Church that saw herself, in each of her local manifestations, as part of the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church..."_ Apostolic churches don't consider women as priests because there were no female Apostles. The ACNA, like TEC, has become a church of appeasement.
Louis Macchia i could have sworn that they broke away over same sex marriage and women leadership differences as well but apparently ACNA does allow women from a few comments I read and a Lutheran pastor channel on here said so as well
The ACNA allows women to be deacons and priests just like TEC. They cannot be bishops but, that is almost certain to change. The ACNA was formed over the rejection of gay marriage and gay bishops. They don’t understand that a gay male bishop can be valid but a woman bishop is NEVER valid neither are women priests or deacons. Use the 1928 BCP it is much better and join the Continuum.
Run Hide Flee from the Episcopal Church it might be the worst of them all. #1 The Episcopal Church rarely uses an actual Bible, instead relying on the Book of Common Prayer (BCP) and told it contains “everything we need to know”. The BCP has many flaws and covers 70% of the Bible at best. It is often hard to find a Bible in an Episcopal Church and when you do, the clergy fumbles through it like they’ve never seen one before. When you do find a Bible, the church likes to use "newer" versions of the Bible that soften the tone on certain sins almost as if they aren't sins at all. #2 Some books of the Bible are basically ignored they are hardly mentioned; such as the book or Revelations with the warning at the end regarding the penalty for adding to and taking away from Scripture. This Church feels Revelations might be too confusing or scary for the congregation. Question: Why would you ever read a book, any book, and not read the last chapter? #3 The Bible and BCP (Article of Religion VII) say Old Testament Morality laws still apply. However, this church looks good on paper, but in actual practice it has become a haven for the LGBTQ community. These poor sinners take comfort in being told their lifestyle is NOT a sin. Bible Chapters, Old and New Testament, defining certain “sensitive” sins are completely ignored in the BCP. #4 Holy Marriage, defined in the Bible and BCP is; Between a Man and Woman before God. Yet, the Episcopal Church provides no guidance, counseling, teachings to help those who wish to enter into unholy same sex marriages. #5 We are ALL sinners and must repent for our sins, however, the church condones and promotes the LGBTQ community, letting them call themselves faithful Christians, when in reality they are nothing more than “unrepentant Christians", who cannot inherit the Kingdom of God. #5 Unqualified Clergy - These same “unrepentant Christians" in unholy marriages are allowed to become clergy, deacons, bishops, etc. teaching, which goes totally against the Qualifications of Elders in the Bible book of Titus. Thus teaching and counseling innocent minds, but, just another thing completely ignored by church leadership. #6 Anyone saying otherwise from what is mentioned above are told they are misinterpreting scripture. Bishops and Deacon offers no scripture to support that idea, not one mind you, other than any scripture or biblical stories suggesting homosexuality is a sin has been misinterpreted. Leviticus 18, nah, forget that one, not in the BCP. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11, just a misinterpretation so not in the BCP either. Same mentality as suggesting 2+2=4 may not be true in all cases due to misinterpretation. #7 Abortion - Although not formally supported by the Episcopal Church, a Woman’s Right to Choose is supported, so in other words, Abortion is supported. Simply murder on a genocidal scale and shedding of innocent life, something else God hates. None of this should be surprising since the Episcopal Church (Church of England) was originally established so the King of England could divorce his wife and marry another woman, although the Catholic Church said NO. We could go on, but what’s the point. This message is for anyone who still has the ability to look and actually see and listen and actually hear. I am looking forward to reading it. It sounds terrific.

I love this. It is a blessing
Wonderful videos. Thank you for these resources.
Wonderful.

I wish people did not hate female priests
They are biblically wrong. 2000 years of church history would prove this in addition to scripture
In 2020, America celebrated the presence of the Puritans...

She works in the context of the ministry of prayer. She is not the “lead” pastor.

Also too many options and too many charts. The 2019 BCP is a disappointment
Nah, it's peak
When you showed me a female "Reverend", you lost me.
She’s a Director of Prayer Ministries.

This corrupt society has basically made men irrelevant.
