The last one is Kanom Kai Nok Kata (ขนมไข่นกกระทา) which is made by mixing boiled sweet potato, potato starch, all purpose flour and baking soda, then deep fried it. It's one of my favourite Thai dessert!

The fried sweet potato balls are literally one of my favourite treats! All of them are sweet potato, purple ones are made from purple sweet potatoes while orange ones are made from regular orange sweet potatoes 😋🍠💜

Roti sai mai thats what the rolled up bread with cotton candy is called Sai mai is the sugar hairs The sweet potato balls are called Khanom Khai Nok Krata
The fried sweet potato balls at the end called Khai-Nok-Kra-Ta (ไข่นกกระทา) directly translated to quail eggs (some people called them Khai-Tao or "turtle eggs", depending on the regions). They are usually made with mashed sweet potatoes (either purple or orange ones), tapioca flour, and sugar. While people call them quail eggs from the similar shapes and sizes, they are 100% vegetarian/vegan friendly. Fried or boiled (actual) quail eggs are also a staple food for Thai street food as well and also called Khai-Nok-Kra-Ta. So, to avoid confusion, you could ask for "Kha-Nom" Khai-Nok-Kra-Ta. So people know that you meant the dessert version.
Roti (Sweet Pancake) with Sai-Mai (Cotton Candy) basicly is culture transferred from Muslim traditon sweets. According to many history written, first Roti Saimai was original founded in Ayuddhaya Province by Sang Aroon family. You may want to follow to the original store in Ayuddhaya, just couple hours away from Bangkok.

According to many history written, first Roti Saimai was original founded in Ayuddhaya Province by Sang Aroon family. You may want to follow to the original store in Ayuddhaya, just couple hours away from Bangkok.
