Great stuff, A buddy introduced me to them, and I'm glad, Went to see em at Irving plaza, Superb stuff, Although yoko came on at the end and resulted in wailing like a banshee, would like to see them do more!
This is so good it gives me the chills. These guys have re-opened The Gates of Dawn and summoned The Piper yet again. These guys are brilliant in their originality while being the spiritual successors to Syd Barrett and the early Pink Floyd. Their new album can even be seen as the long-awaited sequel to Piper at the Gates of Dawn. So far, I've enjoyed every note I've heard including their incredible cover of Astronomy Domine which illustrates well how their new album is the spiritual successor of PATGOD.
Bango McCrash you are completely right I got barret vibes off this while it still being original. This whole album feels like a natural evolution of floyd' earlier days.
