7:10 As someone who has never played Fiend folio. This 0.01% Seems way too high, especially with some of the late game spam. This item is like Damocles on Steroids with the reroll ending your run but having rerolls tied to Enemy kills is chaotic and can be extremely good (Especially D6 uses on a Low quality item).
Imo a 1/10000 chance when you kill an enemy isn't something worth caring about, besides if you are in late game chances are you'll still win because of the amount of items you got
D4 or D100 does not usually end your run though. Sometimes you get soymilk ipecac crickets body and it does, sometimes it makes it a bit worse, sometimes it makes it a lot better. It’s a lot less chaotic now that the rerolls stay in the same item pools.

Can someone help me figure out what just happened in my game? I was playing Isaac with the fiend folio mod enabled (alongside some small qol and character mods) and I was in the basement during ascent, when I came across something strange. There was a room with an accursed (fat haunted guy from fiend folio) and some kind of blueish bat enemy. It played the shiny pokemon sound from pokemon gen 4 when it spawned and had particle effects similar to the Shiny Fishface in this video. when I killed the bat it spawned a golden trinket (the purple heart specifically.) I haven't been able to find anything relating to this guy on the fiend folio wiki, but I'm pretty sure it has to be Fiend folio related because it appeared in the same room as a Fiend Folio enemy and I don't even think I have any other mods that add enemies. If it helps I think the room was labelled as "Would you like a towel, sir? *gets eaten*" or something along those lines.
