Clean, and a work of PV art! Great work! The only suggestion I would add, is to _remove_ the washers that are between your fuse and your bolts. Washers on the nut side are fine, but definitely not on the fuse side. You want maximum metallurgical contact there, not impeded by any stainless steel which may add variable resistance and cause your fuse to pass more current than its rated for.
Yep they didn't last long, update episode out soon! Good to see you again and thank you for the constructive comment 😎 (I get some silly ones, people wanting to be negative with nothing to add) Thanks again! 🙏 Once removed there was a 5deg C decrease in temperature due to the reduced resistance (I have Posted a few pics). The lugs now contact the fuse directly.
Hi thanks for your informative video. A question: your pre charge unit is that self made or purchased. Is there a circuit diagram available for this pre charger. Have a great day. Kind regards Peter
Hello, thanks for dropping by Peter! There is a members episode on the pre-charger I constructed showing how it is built. Members can also ask any questions about the system. I'll get straight back to you 😎
After picking up a little warmth the washers and nuts between the lug and fuse were removed. I'll post a couple of pics, I have the update coming out shortly.

just wondering
did you actually put a SS washer between the lug and the fuse?
