I decided to watch this video because of the house you have showing worth $27,000 as your cover photo, but you did not actually have the house or show it in this series. I consider this false advertising. And most of the homes you did show are not cheap.
Unfortunately, that my friend in the advertising game as a "Hook" or "Come on". Like you see a car at a dealership at a cheap price, but upon arriving to look at was of course already sold. Although I did get a cute 1970 Gremlin on a come on sale for 1500.00 USD. Years later sold it for more than I paid for it. Happy hunting for your perfect haunted house 🏠 👻.
The Pittock mansion was originally built in 1914 as a private home for London-born Oregonian publisher Henry Pittock and his wife, Georgiana Burton Pittock. It is a 46-room estate built of Tenino Sandstone situated on 46 acres (19 ha) that is now owned by the city's Bureau of Parks and Recreation and open for touring. It is NOT haunted.
We have a 9bed 7bath home in our town. It comes with a pool, a private pond with a forest walkway and a walkway bridge, a barn with a stable, a goat shelter, a garden and more than an acre of land. It has a full 4 car garage, a basement with a back door walkout and an attic as a 3rd story, (4th from the view in the back.) it does also have an orchard and several fenced in areas for horses, goats and chickens. It is bought and sold at least every year. I worked for a window cleaning company that refused to do any work in the house or on the property citing paranormal activity as the reason. It’s never been listed for more than $159,000 and the only person who kept it more than year only visited the home for two weeks every year over Christmas and he lasted less than 5 years before he sold it. The house is right outside my neighborhood and I’ve lived here for 30 years with this house being listed for sale for at least half that amount of time.
Wonderful video, Kyle. You always give us the most beautiful video tours. Complete history, or at least as much as you can get. Thank you so very much.
I’m actually looking at a place back home on the East Coast where I’m from. I’m seriously considering buying it. I’ve heard of one or two references to it being haunted. And it wouldn’t surprise me since it was built in the late 1600s I think. Maybe the mid 1600s. It’s a bed-and-breakfast now, great retirement plan.
i grew up with poltergiest and ghosts in home that we built but it was cus of the area was full of stuff not sure i want to go thru that again... but its cool to see
Thank you Kyle. Your video reinforces my dream home- haunted by a minimum of 3 ghosts. I like the one haunted by William Bruce, since I have both Welsh and Scottish heritage.
The paranormal apparently is more common than assumed. I used to think claims of it were Hollywood hokum or buyers/sellers of real estate trying a three-card monte. But no, so-called hauntings appear to be a real thing. That includes poltergeist activity where objects have been witnessed as moving. Sometimes they even disappear then reappear in another location. That would be really lousy for homeowners who are already very forgetful & naturally lose or misplace things. It's now freaky realizing that movies like Ghost or Sixth Sense appear to be closer to fact than fiction.
Priestly house doesn’t sound bad. Spirit activity is more trying to get the residents attention and saying hi, I’m here, let’s coexist/cohabitate. Having experienced haunted activities that were scary and others not scary, there is a difference and friendly spirits can watch over the home when you’re away
I live in a small 1 bedroom apartment that's been here many years before I moved in and my rent is very low I got 4 ghost roommates 2 of them a are aggressive I would imagine out of boredom I play the TV all night that helps I think I could tolerate living in a haunted mansion
hi Kyle beautiful homes but sad that there is no one living in them hope you guys be safe out there 🙏🙏🙏 hope someone will be the homes you do a great job on your videos I look forward to watching your videos thanks for sharing ❤️ you guys
A Mansion by definition must be at least 6000 sq feet. The first one was just a house. Roomy, but it doesn't classify as a mansion. For $300,000.00 you're looking at roughly $3,000.00 a sq.foot. That's not at all cheap if you think about where it's located. But housing wen't through the roof last year but it's coming back down now.
What a shame!!!!! These houses are GORGEOUS…inside and outside. Personally though…I would not be brave enough to live in any house claimed to be haunted!! Sorry
Well, at $725K, it's no wonder! The owner has the gull to think they can sell a Haunted mansion for that? Italy is selling HUGE homes for 1 Euro! That is right...1 Euro! The only hitch? You agree to spend the money to bring it up to code to make it habitable. It most instances they say it's about $25-$35K to bring most of the older homes up to code. Not a bad bargain! People are still just too damn greedy these days with Real Estate! Looks like I'm retiring to Italy!
Derwydd mansion the 2nd house is on the market for £2,600,000.00 which is around 3.1 million USD, listed by Saville’s Estate Agents. Where are you getting your numbers from?
As a Mississippian the priestly house is gorgeous! It’s not for sale because it’s haunted. It’s because most folks here can’t and won’t pay that much money for a house. If I could afford it I’d just hire some folks that clear the home.
Live there or visit, especially at night. Believe the people who experience hauntings. Ask the neighbors. Check out the history. Generally if someone was killed or died in the home, it could be haunted. Many, many more ways to find out.
I don't an issue with ghosts, just the location of these homes. I don't want to live in those places. And those houses are simply too big (yeah, I know - mansions are big).
Haunted houses don't bother me. I owned 2 haunted homes, and they indeed were haunted. I had one that a paranormal video done on by another youtuber. My friends refused to visit after the last incident that scared the ever living out of them. My dad moved out and refused to come back after several incidents he had seen and haunted him. My brother, who is no longer with us, has also had stories of ghosts he has seen in the home. I sold the homes, though I never said a word to them even about my experiences. I had to move due to my son who was 11 and his friend who was 15 at the time was shot at while playing basketball when all they did was ask a driver to slow down because he almost hit my son. My son had PTSD from that shooting and I couldn't get him to calm down, so we decided it was best to move back to where I grew up, and had more family presence there that could help with him.
Hauntings don't bother me either. At the beginning, I was petrified of them. Now, I am much acclimatised to them. I welcome all hauntings by good spirits. I wouldn't be here today, if not for a few ghosts who saved my life. The good ones saved my life, when they quickly responded to my emergencies and dangers. One fatherly spirit saved me from stalkers, rapists, murderers, terrorists and other worse kinds. He is most regular in my life. He also saved my life from few heart attacks, brain haemorridges, fires, choking, etc. Another soul who died in youth saved me from death by heatwave. He awoke me one afternoon, when my brain was hot and wuzzy. That was last year.
@pinklady7184 In with you on that. I have a lot of experiences similar to you. We even had angels or spirits show up when I was a kid, just appear out of no where, helped my dad with what he needed help with, and as soon as my dad was finished was immediately gone. Within seconds, my dad tried to reach in his wallet to pay them for their help, and as soon as he reached for it, nowhere were they to be found. I have more premonitions of things to come, and I have shocked many people with what I tell them is about to happen. My ex-husband had gotten to experience that when I begged him not to pull out into an intersection no matter how much people behind us get mad. He listened to me as I told him what was going to happen in 5 minutes, and he watched exactly that with a van and a semi truck. If we had gone, we would have been the ones who would have been killed that day. Everyone survived, thank goodness to him listening. I got in trouble when I was six years old, and my dad had just asked me to go to bed because it was time for bed. O came back down and said "Dad I can't sleep because the house outside my bedroom window is going to catch on fire." My dad had me go back to bed and then at 4 am woke me up and said you were right the house next to us caught on fire. I gotten premonitions before I was hit by a truck when I was 12, and again when I was 32, I saw it coming before it happened but I couldn't fully stop it, however I was able to slow down giving me a better chance of survival and less injuries. I have seen numerous ghosts, and yeah, some have warned me, and some just had stories to tell. Some are very frightening, and others i can't see. I just know they are there. I will not shake hands of people because I see things as well and I don't want to find out about their past or their soon to be future because some are not nice, so I just don't touch peoples hands or any part of them because of that. I have been told I have an aura around me that protects me, and they have trouble breaking through that by people I have never met, and they walk up to me and inform me about it.
Ghosts yeah right. The only reason that i would avoid buying a hunted house is for realsale. If i was going to buy it to live in for the rest of my life i would not hesatate one bit as there is no such thing as ghosts.
😮one has to seperate a haunted from an accursed house. Furthermore, the former to a benevolent and malevolent hauntings.Armed with a steel of nerve, one can live with peaceful ghosts. Accursed abodes should be avoided for they either kill or bring misfortune.😮
This was a very cool video. IF I were a bazillionaire, THEN I would purchase that haunted Scottish castle 👻🏴 and make it my vacation home. 🙅🏻♂️ No way would I stay there alone though. I'm a chicken 🐓. I would only stay there with my friends and family. 👨👩👧👧🧔🏻♂️👩🏻🦰 🇺🇸🤝🏴👻
Ok, these hones were nice to see- but the mansion advertising this video is the Pittock Mansion in Portland, Oregon which is not haunted and definitely not for sale. It was donated and is open to the public. Misleading. Plus too many commercials.

You showed the Pittock Mansion in Portland, OR. Pittock is not haunted nor is it for sale. It's held in private trust.

That is the Pittock Mansion in Portland Oregon. Definitely Not For Sale!
It's the usual click and bait crap. You learn to start recognizing them after a while. Like we have time to waste on s***
Yes, but that aside, we should all be thankful for free entertainment. ;)
Typical
You know the housing market is bad when you cant even afford a haunted home.
The Pittock mansion was originally built in 1914 as a private home for London-born Oregonian publisher Henry Pittock and his wife, Georgiana Burton Pittock. Wonderful video, Kyle. You always give us the most beautiful video tours. Complete history, or at least as much as you can get. Thank you so very much.
Beautiful mansions, great work Kyle ❤
Thank you for this video.
Excellent history!
Absolutely LOVE these!!! You've got a great angle here!
I don’t know if I would say great
Very interesting video! The Scottish castle is absolutely gorgeous. ❤
agree!!
A lighthouse for $50K and the lead paint's free.
Lead paint is our friend because it blocks out the voices.
i grew up with poltergiest and ghosts in home that we built but it was cus of the area was full of stuff not sure i want to go thru that again... but its cool to see
Thank you Kyle. Your video reinforces my dream home- haunted by a minimum of 3 ghosts. I like the one haunted by William Bruce, since I have both Welsh and Scottish heritage.
I’m of Scott decent want a room mat?
No way is that property in Wales for sale for $300,000. Utter nonsense.... That would be well over a million!
It's a public listing.
You're right. It says £2.6M on the listing.
£283,000 you couldn't buy a 3 bed semi for that!!!
Colchester Mansion is my top pick, and the acreage is nice. Keeo Orange Crushing It Kyle!
awesome video kyle
I'd love to have an old "haunted" house/mansion/castle to live in, but I can barely pay rent as it is, in this tiny apartment.
That Colchester Mansion is beautiful
Hi everyone looks amazing thanks Kyle Ann uk 🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️❤️
I watched your video because became interest in old houses because of the love of history and the paranormal.

Considering what $1.6M will fetch you here in SF, that castle is a steal!

Same but I'd also need a passport. lol
@@JustDiane71 I'd need to relocate from one end of Britain to the other, and leave the dump town I live in far far behind me lol

Great video! Thanks!

The basement might have Voodo items or doll curse in the basement. You find it and remove.
First house.
I could live in that lighthouse!
Your thumbnail pic is the Pittock Mansion in Portland Oregon. Definitely Not For Sale..
That Derwyin place needs a new roof.
Theats scarrier than any ghosts!
I think the next 5 hikes coming up is scary for a mortgage, heck ide have the free loading ghosts to pay up or get out 😅
How do I find the addresses for these places? I am interested in buying.
i want to know value of same quarter only on back (the word has printed exacly the first ( stat) its missing the E on stste is it good?.

🤷♀️why???
A mansion with a few permanent unseen servants for $300k?!
It may have structural problems or other factors.
that mansion in Wales is actually listed for $2.6Mil not 300k
Good
Take off a zero in the price 🏠
Are there "friendly" ghosts ? 😮
I would hardly call #1 a mansion. #2 is beautiful. The rest you can keep.
Ghosts yeah right. The only reason that i would avoid buying a hunted house is for realsale. If i was going to buy it to live in for the rest of my life i would not hesatate one bit as there is no such thing as ghosts.
People don't buy because of the taxes and renovations cost and coding violations
Maybe Lenny Bruce would be in the market for one of these houses
after all, Hes Not afraid.... 😆
That's wrong. Derwydd Mansion's £2.6M on the listing. That's roughly over USD3.1M.
This house is not worth what they want!
No

How do we know what your salling you show about four houses whiie talking

Wouldnt scare me but still couldnt afford it. Sorry for any grief but im more uncomfortable in everyday life thats scarier. 😅

It's free advertising. I'd never heard of it before now.
If I had my choice to live in one for free sure I’m in when do I move in
I'll buy that shit right now
The house in the image is now a museum. It's in Oregon, and quite definitely not for sale for $27,000. Clickbait.
