You’re guna think I’m mad here right but… Those fish bones are incredible if you fry them 🤷🏻♂️ I’m not even joking mate.. google it.. best ones I had we’re in Spain.. they cleaned and dehydrated the bones then deep fried them and they were kinda like fishy pork crackling 🤷🏻♂️

I really can't decide how I feel about commercialnet fishing. I can't help but dislike it and feel it isn't fishing, just catching anything that swims but at the same time I understand that if all fish was line caught, It would cause a hike in fish prices. This smaller scale definitely isn't as bad as the super trawlers but still unsure how I feel
That’s a very honest comment 🔥 super trawlers an land as much fish as all the guernsey boats combined , that’s what I don’t like , the small fishing boats are not harming much , just supplying the locals an a bit to France
There’s barly any by catch ? All the spidercrabs went back alive , everything undersize went back alive , not really sure what your talking about to be fair
As you seen from the video that in incorrect mate it’s a flatfish net , almost everything that came up lives on the bottom , not free swimming fish 👍 it’s more selective thing you realize

They didn't even sort the fish until they came ashore, the whole time fish not culled, and suffocating. Pretty poor conduct, especially to then put on youtube.

To many ingredients spoils the natural flavour of the sole which has a delicate flavour
What a terrible waste killing all the by catch cause it’s more convenient for the fisherman . Smash saved a couple rays but very sad
