I’m fairly certain Starfire is one of the few people Red Hood respects.
Starfire,Rose Wilson, Roy Harper. Superman, Talia and Bruce (although him and Bruce disagree and but heads lot). And mabye Slade in some versions but that's pretty much it from what I can tell from his interactions with others
In recent comics, Starfire and Redhood were an actual couple, this is interesting

This Jason let go of all of the rage and anger, Nightwing and Red Hood even worked together once, literally settling their differences.
He actually sounds respectfull, the robins look up to Richard, all of them.

The original Jason Todd hated Dick to death :
To begin with, as Robin, yes he looked up to him. But rapidly, it'll turn into a vicious rivalry.
When Jason came back during Under The Red Hood, when an atomic explosion happened at Bloodhaven, he smiled to batman at the thought of Dick being reduced to dust.
Then after that he proceed to impersonate Nightwing and going into a killing spree.
He directly challenged Dick during Battle of the Cowl for the Batman mantle.
When Dick temporarly became Batman, he returned as Red Hood and taunted him over and over.
And i won't mention his "friendship" with Tim : he first beated up him, threaten to kill him and some times later, stabbed him into the torso almost to death.

The first two intros show that Jason feels Stars pain and sympathizes with her for her loss because he knew how much Dick and Star loved each other

I find it beautiful that Starfire and Red Hood had some moments where they grieved together over Dick Grayson’s death
The emotion in their voices during the 1st two intros about Dick Grayson was a nice touch. You can hear their feelings for him.

He sounds like he genuinely misses grayson too, I wish he had had some intro lines where he laid into Damian more for killing dick.
Damian killed Grayson by accident and Dick's ghost gave Damian the Nightwing costume as a birthday present.
'I don't submit to tyrants' HOW IS JASON A TYRANT? He said himself he doesn't want to rule over anyone he just protects them or avenges them.
Maybe it's some pattern speech of hers, such as when Jason says: "Try harder!", Don't make me snap your neck!" "I'm standing my ground!" ! He always gives out those quotes during the clashes.
Sadly for the DLC characters they didn't put that much effort in trying to make new dialogue with the clashes. if you see Jason's dialogue with the original roster they barely match up together, in essence each DLC has stuff specific for what they say to the challenger but not vice versa.
Yes, I agree, but I've seen people talking in the comments about a Voice actors' strike or something, so maybe it might explain the recycled quotes. :)
PepeIsNotASymbolOfHate Some of Jason's intros with other characters imply that he used to work with the Regime; That may have been what Starfire was talking about. Of course, if this is true, that means the Injustice version of Jason wasn't killed by the Joker (unlike his usual backstory), because the Regime only came into existence *after* The Joker's death.

The first two intro's were as good as they were going to get.
Starfire lost her partner and lover while Jason lost his hero and brother.
She mentions he fights like Dick, Jason being stubborn doesn't want to admit it but he only does because he really admired him.

Nightwing wasn't really Jason's hero
Jason seems to show Starfire a larger degree of respect than most other characters. Also seems to revere Nightwing with her in their dialogues. It makes one wonder about their possible relationship in this alternate universe with Dick Grayson dead.
Could Starfire be the one to soften the rage in Jason Todd just enough to make him barely a hero and Jason ease the loneliness and heartache Starfire endures from losing Dick? Could they be what they need for each other to have just enough of a balance to move on with their lives?
I've no freakin' clue. But if they could, would it be romantic, platonic or just a solid friendship?
They'd probably be close friends at most. Starfire, like most of the other heroes, doesn't agree at all with Jason's mantra of killing, even though he has limits. As long as he continues to kill, she'll never fully trust him. Outside of killing though, they agree on a lot of things.
In the injustice universe Jason and Kori sort of....relied on each other. Jason bought Kori food and movies and old pictures of Dick while Kori sorta gave Jason a reason to be attached to someone and a reason to keep going, granted they never spoke to one another, he just got the stuff for her and left in the Tower.
In a way though the two built a steady relationship without ever speaking until the new Titans were formed and Jason just vanished.
It would of been nice if they had maybe the story line with the Teen Titans since there in the Phantom zone and they somehow get a way to break out but only one person can come out. And Starfire does because she's preganet with Dicks child but he dosen't know that because he's well...dead in a way since he is the new deadman. It would be intersting not just because I ship them its because how much she talks about him. And the reason I didn't chose Batgirl is because I don't ship it and they have barely any interaction.
I could definitely see familial relationship, like in laws who were big friends beforehand (which is basically what they logically should be).

In the first interaction, red hood isn’t aggressive at all and it shows how much he respects starfire and genuinely likes her
