This game made me love Flash more when in the first he aided Batman after seeing the Regime turned him into a criminal.

It's horrifying how easily this could happen to any classic superman, the guy is way too stubborn to shy away from what he thinks is right no matter who tells him to. This could be shown off as an heroic attribute but all you really need to do is change exactly what he views as "right" and by that point injustice my become a multiverse constant
To be fair, one thing that's different about the Injustice universe is the personality of the characters. For example, Wonder Woman became evil and manipulative, nothing like her normal counterpart. The events of the story aren't the only difference.

Bruce was his best friend and yet failed him in every way that s best friend shouldn't have because of his own ego. Canonically, I believe Mortal Kombat Versus DC Universe actually did happen. There are references to it in MK 11 too, in dialogue between The Joker and various MK characters.

Black Rider (my DC oc) would side with Batman. He looks up to Superman because they share the same hope and compassion. But in this universe, when Superman lost that compassion, Rider lost his hope.
