Andrew Jackson Batman moral code is about being able to change yourself. If he kills you, you lose the ability to change or grow. He doesn't kill you because he wants to save you. The Injustice comics years 1-5 shows how supes spiraled further down into becoming who he is today and seeing this civil war play out before (and in Harley’s case, during) the game. There’s Injustice 2 comics that follow up after the game and end before the next game as well.

It's horrifying how easily this could happen to any classic superman, the guy is way too stubborn to shy away from what he thinks is right no matter who tells him to. To be fair, one thing that's different about the Injustice universe is the personality of the characters. For example, Wonder Woman became evil and manipulative, nothing like her normal counterpart. The events of the story aren't the only difference.

to put it in perspective, Hal had to go through total hell to regain the green mantle. Even worse is he had to fight back red a few times after he worked so hard to get it back. That showing tells us just how fragile our emotional equilibrium is... how easy it is to lose yourself at any moment to whatever is calling you. Fear, anger, sheer force of will, even the others: avarice(greed), love, empathy, Hal has all of these qualities, yet of them all he always finds his way back to green... This actually begs the question, why isn't his strength with the ring at least ON PAR with superman? In batmans agememnon contingency, he says without triviality that the power of the ring is limited only by the user. So, is it that Supe's strength is greater than Hal's force of will? or is it that Hal's willpower isn't actually his strongest virtue?
Killing Joker was justified always I think, just because of those morals, Batman let him live and in turn he took so many innocent lives, but then Superman had to overdo everything

Canonically, I believe Mortal Kombat Versus DC Universe actually did happen. There are references to it in MK 11 too, in dialogue between The Joker and various MK characters.
I think the most savage thing Superman says in the game was when Supergirl mentions how Jor El led the fight against General Zod and Superman responds with "If Jor El had been more like Zod, he might have saved Krypton and I will save the Earth".

It's horrifying how easily this could happen to any classic superman, the guy is way too stubborn to shy away from what he thinks is right no matter who tells him to. This could be shown off as an heroic attribute but all you really need to do is change exactly what he views as "right" and by that point injustice my become a multiverse constant
To be fair, one thing that's different about the Injustice universe is the personality of the characters. For example, Wonder Woman became evil and manipulative, nothing like her normal counterpart. The events of the story aren't the only difference.

to put it in perspective, Hal had to go through total hell to regain the green mantle. Even worse is he had to fight back red a few times after he worked so hard to get it back. That showing tells us just how fragile our emotional equilibrium is... how easy it is to lose yourself at any moment to whatever is calling you. Fear, anger, sheer force of will, even the others: avarice(greed), love, empathy, Hal has all of these qualities, yet of them all he always finds his way back to green... This actually begs the question, why isn't his strength with the ring at least ON PAR with superman? In batmans agememnon contingency, he says without triviality that the power of the ring is limited only by the user. So, is it that Supe's strength is greater than Hal's force of will? or is it that Hal's willpower isn't actually his strongest virtue?
