I think the reason why your videos have fallen off on views is not the production value, but its just that you lose people's interest when there aren't regular videos posted. I happened on this one when I wondered if you had put out a video lately. The content is very interesting, and what really attracted me to your vids was that it is a different take than the other people's videos, which seems more geared towards established ex-pat ones. However, I can respect whatever direction you choose to take, thank you for the content so far.
Thanks for the insight and congrats on finding this video 6 hours before it was made public! Nobody has done that before lol With my two food videos, I was putting out regular videos. I had over 2 months of putting one out every Sunday but maybe one a week isn't enough. Again, the videos didn't do poorly but I had hoped they would catch on more and take off some. They also had a shorter average watchtime than normal... and that could be because the reached new audiences like I hoped but they just weren't as interested. I think I will always have an internal struggle with how much I want to do this and how much I want it to be successful. Thanks again for the comment!

Pete, happy to hear you’re doing ok. My opinion on your last two videos underperforming, I believe the reason probably is because the audience enjoys most seeing you out and about exploring Thailand. Those videos you put out were 15-20 minutes long each and consisted of a one-shot of you and friends eating dinner. People watching videos on line can sometimes have a short attention span. I’d say stick to your everyday routine and document all of that. It’s what interested me in your channel the first time. Definitely keep the channel going. It’s an outlet for you to interact with viewers. When it gets overwhelming just take some time off. We know you’ll make the right decision. I’m planning a trip to Thailand for next May-June. I’m confused as heck as to where to begin. But I hope if I make it out there I can possibly meet up with you too. Keep up the good work! Cheers.

You can make some of the people happy some of the time but ya cant make all of the people happy all of the time ( i know i botched that ) but you get the meaning..i live here in thailand now and there are so many utube vids on thailand that i watched before i came and after i got here and they all seem to blend together to make one long vid of drinking and debauchery..and thats great but i believe we expats need a diversion from that..thailand has so much more to offer about its different culture and food and history that to lose your clever and informative vids would be a disservice..😢
My channel is me play video games whatever I wanna play. I never care about who gonna watch or not(I don't do it for money). I just do it because I have nothing better to do and It better than just play it.
To be honest, we don't want to watch you eating dinners with girls. Seems cheesy and cheap. We want to see your life in a "strange" country. How do you survive, make money, what do you do with your time. How do you communicate with people, does everyone speak English? What do you do when there is no English? The language barrier must be the most intimidating part. I would love to just sell everything off, retire, and be able to survive and have a relaxing life. That is what we want to see. If you could start over, what would you do different? What is different, and how do you adapt.
Hi Pete. I don't think you should take 'underperforming' videos to heart. The reality is that many people watch videos with a specific theme and the whole 'retirement in Thailand' angle attracts a lot of eyeballs. Whilst fans of your channel might appreciate the little forays into other topics (such as heading off for a visit to Japan) this will no doubt see fewer views. Once you have a larger subscriber base then these types of videos become more economically viable if you want to look at things in those cold, hard terms. I think the important thing is that you just enjoy yourself. If you are miserable making the videos or disheartened by their viewing figures, it's not going to feel like a good use of your time and maybe you are better doing something else. Personally, I hope it doesn't come to that. Take care.
Things come and go. Try it, enjoy it, move on. I have loved your vids of your exploration into thailand and retirement. It is a lifestyle that many of us envy. I know i do. Just keep a happy mood and who knows you will be back some day.

I used an agent (it’s just worth it for me and it comes out to $80/month) I got the O retirement visa which would’ve been for 15 months but my passport expires next July so it’s only good for 12 months.

Yeah, I know I can handle weekly. I think that’s a reasonable goal to have and I’ve done it for a couple months before. I’m still processing the sources for the low motivation I had this last month.
Yo, man. Happy to see you in vid form again. Weird way to say that, but you know what I mean haha. Anyway, hey, about this situation. I do recall, Chris (Retired Working for You), in one of his videos (or maybe someone was interviewing him?) saying one of his older videos that he filmed backward (Tarantino style? .. I didn't quite get it) was shockingly one of his most watched .. while others he's made and thought would do well fell flat. My buddy, Gary (Roaming Cook) told me the same. Some he thought would do well wouldn't, while others he saw as just standard videos would do really well. I think sometimes you just have to throw up your hands and say .. Who knows? .. and most importantly, be OK with the aberration. The choice is yours, of course, and I really do understand the lack of motivation, that being a hinderance of mine in areas. But if you do make more videos, I think as you said and alluded to, just do it for yourself or your future self .. and if others follow, they follow, and if they don't, well then that's cool too. But whatever you decide, I wish you happy trails and good luck. And I still hope to meet you someday. Peace. :)
Glad to see your doing well. Don't worry too much about the small drinking binge's. I used to live in The USVI, sometimes I could go a week or two without going out at all but then there would be a bunch of things happening and it would be like a marathon of drinking. Just the nature of living in places like that. I hope you keep the channel going. Never forget you can put out shorter videos. Maybe take what you would normally film and split them into 7-8 min videos. A video about the retirement visa process and what you mean by 90 day check in's would be an easy one or two that people might find interesting. And if you don't feel like filming or editing video's, don't. Your retired, your not in Thailand to work another job. This is a hobby. Don't feel guilty if your channel isn't constantly growing by large numbers every month. It can still grow more slowly over time without you feeling pressure to put out constant videos. But if you run into something there you think would make an interesting video, film it and when you are bored drop a video or 2. We will still be here as will the new people that find your channel. Or don't, enjoy retirement. Either way Thanks, I've really enjoyed your channel.

I dig your videos man, I hope you stick with it. I think the Thailand specific content is what drew me in to your channel first. But I completely understand the travel. You bring a fresh perspective from most Pattaya area vloggers.
Pete, great video from a personal sorting of the mental junk drawer point of view. Keep going. I will miss your videos. I have watched all of them. Come up with a 5 minute format that's a template. Think like a serial production like the tonight show. It follows a particular format each night. The walk, talk, and occasionally landscape or site for you instead of a music number, monologue, and then trip to the host's desk. Cuts down on the production time and personal investment in the creative process. I just got done writing a digital textbook for electricity and production of a video that actually had a production team of 5 people. The creative process is tougher than people imagine. The anticipation of how people will receive it is the next part. Even worse, right? I feel you on the personal investment and being disappointed. Too much to take at times. Like some heavy self-judgement. Keep the channel alive! Do it for the family? Do it for the UF! Do it for your Dad. Do it for some sort of ethnocentric guilt I can apply. Do it for the sake of pool parties and calendar girls. And also, despite my own bias towards enjoying the food videos, the girls in the video. (not their fault) probably turned away viewers, the algorithm was triggered for blocking it, and only appealed to jerks like me.
The calendar pool party!! It’s interesting reading the comments today about the food videos. My take away is that I shouldn’t expect videos that differ so much my normal format to attract many new viewers. It can happen but I should look at it more like playing darts while drunk with the lights off. For the fam!
Hey Pete, you'd be very missed here! I truly think many content creators have moments as you described and might get lost in performance statistics. Do they become slaves to the algorithm? 😂 but I think the one that are most beloved over the long run are simply the genuine ones. If a video gives you joy, shut out the rest and do it for the joy of it. If you allow me to say so, think of your original mindset that got you here....for family, friends, and yourself. As naturally selfish person, I hope to see you keep vlogging, but do what keeps you going, excited about the time, and...happy.

As your reflections indicate, there are a number of factors that affect all aspects of your TH-cam channel experience. Could it be the case that channel performance naturally leads to personal feelings of highs or lows? Also, could it be that you choose to nip those feelings in the bud because you value the other benefits of running the channel even more? It is one thing if viewer stats are a high enough priority, no matter what. Are they, though? Are they to you? If not, don’t let low numbers ruin your good time. 🙂
That sums it all up pretty well and I have mixed feelings about all of it. It’s my logical view vs the emotional responses that need to get straightened out. Thank you for the guidance, it’s spot on.
Pete make a list of all of the positives of keeping the channel going and all of the negatives. You even said lots of positives in the video. I think you are just being a bit hard on yourself when it comes to video exposure and whether the video is interesting enough. I personally watch your videos because they are different to all of the seemingly over exaggerated hype creators put into other videos about Thailand adventures. No your videos are not professional but they have the right appeal for over 2500 subscribers ;) P.S. I dont care how often you put out new videos as long as I get to see one every now and then ;)
End of the day you got to do what's important to you no matter what everyone else thinks.i have being coming to Thailand for 14yrs and now live in jontiem. You have to expect some videos will be a hit and others will not. Can't let that get you down. I have only just found your utube channel and honestly the way you come across on your videos you are very genuine honest and up front, call a spade a spade. I have seen many people do utube videos over the yrs and yours are 1 of the better ones as once you watch a couple you instantly get that mate feel. I personally look forward to your videos

Thanks for the update and being so honest and open, which you have always been in these things and which is one of the reasons they are so good. i agree with so many of the comments here. You are indeed there for retirement. The last thing you want to do is make it, or a large part of it, a chore and something you will want to avoid doing. Maybe a vacation from videos will suit. i suspect you will continue to find things you want to photograph and comment about, even if they are just things going on in your life. It is great to watch your process and the visuals are awesome. While i enjoyed the two videos about eating with your friends i also realize that they didn't grab me like your others with changes of sets so to speak and movement. i was interested just to see how the women reacted and how you did to the food that was new for you but i can see why they may not have been as popular. i hope you keep these up for purely selfish reasons but whatever happens do continue to have fun, meet people, explore and be open to what is happening around you. You're great.

Good point. What’s funny is that while it may not seem like it, I would’ve done both of those dimmers even without a TH-cam channel. I just wanted to provide a new experience for some of my friends and the video part was extra. It’s probably for the best they didn’t take off… they’re the only videos that cost me money to produce 😂 See you in December my friend and so glad that this little channel was a factor in your decision.
I get it, sometimes I get a little frustrated with myself when some of my videos don't perform well, especially if me and my husband put a lot of work into them. And for us working full time, getting motivated can be hard too when you are already tired. But watching your channel has motivated me because I like your candidness. My husband and I have enjoyed your videos, and you are right, TH-cam can be up and down. But I hope you continue your TH-cam venture, we've enjoyed watching you.

Hi Pete, have enjoyed your vds from the begining. One thing you could add content is the places you walk by there in Pratamak. The new gas pumps located just streetside to fill up scooters, the fancy restaurants like Mermaid, chocolet factory. Or the street food carts. The guy whom sits across from the 7/11 down by peak towers, he sells great noodle soup. Very friendly. Or the gentlemans club you walk by.
🤣on the booze binge. We’ve all been there. Personally, I drink too much when I’m enjoying the company. Some will fall off when you don’t post regularly, but A LOT of us will always be here when you get around to it😉 VLOGing is really a job. I’m not quite sure it’s a job you chose.🤷🏼♀️

I think that’s a part of it right there too. I’m really not doing a lot that’s new anymore. I’ve found myself just living life and I’m cool with that. Next year will be filled with exploring Thailand but for the rest of this year I don’t have much planned.

Half the fun of trying to give up the nightlife, or anything else, is realizing that you don't really have to if it's not getting you into trouble. The same is true with vlogging. If you're not feeling it, why do it? If you want to do a vid then do it. I still hope to bump into you and buy a few if I ever make it out there. My rescheduled flight was supposed to leave on 9/12 but with the rumors of restrictions coming back I pushed my flight back again until Nov! It's all good though, I'll figure it out 😂

Hi Pete on a selfish point of view I do hope you carry on. As a 48 year old male from England I watch and have missed you not making these vlogs. I want to try and keep this comment short but I am over Christmas for 3 weeks then next year I will be selling my house and moving to the Pattaya area. The information I have gotten from your vlogs has been so helpful, I will be going to school to learn the language, taking long walks, and hopefully would love to keep watching your vlogs to help me get advice and tips on living in the Pattaya area. And on a personal note hopefully next year I would love to meet up with yourself and hopefully go for a coffee, drink or a walk just to have a friendly face in a new country to talk to. I am subscribed to about 40 odd channels from people based in and around Pattaya but since I found your channel you are in the top 5 I watch as soon as something comes out because of how you come across. May I add please don’t be so hard on yourself when making vlogs as people watch for the experience you bring, and the way you come across. I think we see you’re vlogs a whole lot different to you. I also believe TH-cam try and hold back viewer numbers regarding Pattaya as some of the other channels I watch have been through or are experiencing the same issues. I would like to encourage you to continue to post videos, both those in Japan (I wish I could go there) and future vlogs. "Perfection is the enemy of good" only give your stats a glance to see how they are, and don't get too involved in algorithm anxiety - after all, as you say, you are making these videos as a log of your life first and foremost. We all have good and bad days, and content creation is no different. Also branch out to other sites like Odyssey, who are much more accommodating. Thanks again!
Hi Pete - good to know that all is good. To be honest - your first videos when you first arrived in Pattaya were great because you had that naive NEW enthusiasm that we all have when we arrive into this magical place and we want to share that energy and experience with our fans. What I have noticed is that your future videos started to lose that magical energy that you had in the beginning. I do not know where your energy evaporated to - perhaps your life in Pattaya was no longer new - but now more routine - Thai language school, gym, Dungeons & Dragons, etc. So the spontaneity that you had in the beginning disappeared because you now have a daily routine that seems to be less exciting than when you first arrived. This is just an external observation - take it for what it is worth. Maybe having a daily/weekly routine kills off the spontaneity that leads to excitement and newness in your TH-cam videos ?? p.s. we can catch up in December when I return from the EU. I was only 6 weeks in Jomtien during late July and all of August - I did not try to catch up with you because out of nowhere I fell madly in love with a Thai person. Let's see if it will survive - I hope so - but if not, those 6 weeks were some of the most intense 6 weeks of my life.

You can make some of the people happy some of the time but ya cant make all of the people happy all of the time ( i know i botched that ) but you get the meaning..i live here in thailand now and there are so many utube vids on thailand that i watched before i came and after i got here and they all seem to blend together to make one long vid of drinking and debauchery..and thats great but i believe we expats need a diversion from that..thailand has so much more to offer about its different culture and food and history that to lose your clever and informative vids would be a disservice..😢

My channel is me play video games whatever I wanna play. I never care about who gonna watch or not(I don't do it for money). I just do it because I have nothing better to do and It better than just play it.
To be honest, we don't want to watch you eating dinners with girls. Seems cheesy and cheap. We want to see your life in a "strange" country. How do you survive, make money, what do you do with your time. How do you communicate with people, does everyone speak English? What do you do when there is no English? The language barrier must be the most intimidating part. I would love to just sell everything off, retire, and be able to survive and have a relaxing life. That is what we want to see. If you could start over, what would you do different? What is different, and how do you adapt.

Hi Pete. I don't think you should take 'underperforming' videos to heart. The reality is that many people watch videos with a specific theme and the whole 'retirement in Thailand' angle attracts a lot of eyeballs. Whilst fans of your channel might appreciate the little forays into other topics (such as heading off for a visit to Japan) this will no doubt see fewer views. Once you have a larger subscriber base then these types of videos become more economically viable if you want to look at things in those cold, hard terms. I think the important thing is that you just enjoy yourself. If you are miserable making the videos or disheartened by their viewing figures, it's not going to feel like a good use of your time and maybe you are better doing something else. Personally, I hope it doesn't come to that. Take care.

I used an agent (it’s just worth it for me and it comes out to $80/month) I got the O retirement visa which would’ve been for 15 months but my passport expires next July so it’s only good for 12 months.

Yeah, I know I can handle weekly. I think that’s a reasonable goal to have and I’ve done it for a couple months before. I’m still processing the sources for the low motivation I had this last month.
Yo, man. Happy to see you in vid form again. Weird way to say that, but you know what I mean haha. Anyway, hey, about this situation. I do recall, Chris (Retired Working for You), in one of his videos (or maybe someone was interviewing him?) saying one of his older videos that he filmed backward (Tarantino style? .. I didn't quite get it) was shockingly one of his most watched .. while others he's made and thought would do well fell flat. My buddy, Gary (Roaming Cook) told me the same. Some he thought would do well wouldn't, while others he saw as just standard videos would do really well. I think sometimes you just have to throw up your hands and say .. Who knows? .. and most importantly, be OK with the aberration. The choice is yours, of course, and I really do understand the lack of motivation, that being a hinderance of mine in areas. But if you do make more videos, I think as you said and alluded to, just do it for yourself or your future self .. and if others follow, they follow, and if they don't, well then that's cool too. But whatever you decide, I wish you happy trails and good luck. And I still hope to meet you someday. Peace. :)
Solid advice all around. Man, the Roaming Cook has been recommended a couple times and I still haven’t checked them out. Maybe today is the day.
Glad to see your doing well. Don't worry too much about the small drinking binge's. I used to live in The USVI, sometimes I could go a week or two without going out at all but then there would be a bunch of things happening and it would be like a marathon of drinking. Just the nature of living in places like that. I hope you keep the channel going. Never forget you can put out shorter videos. Maybe take what you would normally film and split them into 7-8 min videos.
A video about the retirement visa process and what you mean by 90 day check in's would be an easy one or two that people might find interesting. And if you don't feel like filming or editing video's, don't. Your retired, your not in Thailand to work another job. This is a hobby. Don't feel guilty if your channel isn't constantly growing by large numbers every month. It can still grow more slowly over time without you feeling pressure to put out constant videos. But if you run into something there you think would make an interesting video, film it and when you are bored drop a video or 2. We will still be here as will the new people that find your channel. Or don't, enjoy retirement. Either way Thanks, I've really enjoyed your channel.

Pete, great video from a personal sorting of the mental junk drawer point of view. Keep going. I will miss your videos. I have watched all of them. Come up with a 5 minute format that's a template. Think like a serial production like the tonight show. It follows a particular format each night. The walk, talk, and occasionally landscape or site for you instead of a music number, monologue, and then trip to the host's desk. Cuts down on the production time and personal investment in the creative process. I just got done writing a digital textbook for electricity and production of a video that actually had a production team of 5 people. The creative process is tougher than people imagine. The anticipation of how people will receive it is the next part. Even worse, right? I feel you on the personal investment and being disappointed. Too much to take at times. Like some heavy self-judgement. Keep the channel alive! Do it for the family? Do it for the UF! Do it for your Dad. Do it for some sort of ethnocentric guilt I can apply. Do it for the sake of pool parties and calendar girls. And also, despite my own bias towards enjoying the food videos, the girls in the video. (not their fault) probably turned away viewers, the algorithm was triggered for blocking it, and only appealed to jerks like me.

It’s interesting reading the comments today about the food videos. My take away is that I shouldn’t expect videos that differ so much my normal format to attract many new viewers. It can happen but I should look at it more like playing darts while drunk with the lights off.

I truly think many content creators have moments as you described and might get lost in performance statistics. Do they become slaves to the algorithm? 😂 but I think the one that are most beloved over the long run are simply the genuine ones.
If a video gives you joy, shut out the rest and do it for the joy of it. If you allow me to say so, think of your original mindset that got you here....for family, friends, and yourself.
As naturally selfish person, I hope to see you keep vlogging, but do what keeps you going, excited about the time, and...happy.

As your reflections indicate, there are a number of factors that affect all aspects of your TH-cam channel experience. Could it be the case that channel performance naturally leads to personal feelings of highs or lows? Also, could it be that you choose to nip those feelings in the bud because you value the other benefits of running the channel even more? It is one thing if viewer stats are a high enough priority, no matter what. Are they, though? Are they to you? If not, don’t let low numbers ruin your good time. 🙂
That sums it all up pretty well and I have mixed feelings about all of it. It’s my logical view vs the emotional responses that need to get straightened out. Thank you for the guidance, it’s spot on.
Pete make a list of all of the positives of keeping the channel going and all of the negatives. You even said lots of positives in the video.
I think you are just being a bit hard on yourself when it comes to video exposure and whether the video is interesting enough. I personally watch your videos because they are different to all of the seemingly over exaggerated hype creators put into other videos about Thailand adventures. No your videos are not professional but they have the right appeal for over 2500 subscribers ;)
P.S. I dont care how often you put out new videos as long as I get to see one every now and then ;)

End of the day you got to do what's important to you no matter what everyone else thinks.i have being coming to Thailand for 14yrs and now live in jontiem. You have to expect some videos will be a hit and others will not. Can't let that get you down. I have only just found your utube channel and honestly the way you come across on your videos you are very genuine honest and up front, call a spade a spade. I have seen many people do utube videos over the yrs and yours are 1 of the better ones as once you watch a couple you instantly get that mate feel.

Thanks for the update and being so honest and open, which you have always been in these things and which is one of the reasons they are so good. i agree with so many of the comments here. You are indeed there for retirement. The last thing you want to do is make it, or a large part of it, a chore and something you will want to avoid doing. Maybe a vacation from videos will suit. i suspect you will continue to find things you want to photograph and comment about, even if they are just things going on in your life. It is great to watch your process and the visuals are awesome. While i enjoyed the two videos about eating with your friends i also realize that they didn't grab me like your others with changes of sets so to speak and movement. i was interested just to see how the women reacted and how you did to the food that was new for you but i can see why they may not have been as popular. i hope you keep these up for purely selfish reasons but whatever happens do continue to have fun, meet people, explore and be open to what is happening around you. You're great.

Good point. What’s funny is that while it may not seem like it, I would’ve done both of those dimmers even without a TH-cam channel. I just wanted to provide a new experience for some of my friends and the video part was extra. It’s probably for the best they didn’t take off… they’re the only videos that cost me money to produce 😂

I get it, sometimes I get a little frustrated with myself when some of my videos don't perform well, especially if me and my husband put a lot of work into them. And for us working full time, getting motivated can be hard too when you are already tired. But watching your channel has motivated me because I like your candidness. My husband and I have enjoyed your videos, and you are right, TH-cam can be up and down. But I hope you continue your TH-cam venture, we've enjoyed watching you.

Hi Pete, have enjoyed your vds from the begining. One thing you could add content is the places you walk by there in Pratamak. The new gas pumps located just streetside to fill up scooters, the fancy restaurants like Mermaid, chocolet factory. Or the street food carts. The guy whom sits across from the 7/11 down by peak towers, he sells great noodle soup. Very friendly. Or the gentlemans club you walk by.
I was working on a whole Pratumnak guide months ago… It’s a project I would like to see finished some day.

I think that’s a part of it right there too. I’m really not doing a lot that’s new anymore. I’ve found myself just living life and I’m cool with that. Next year will be filled with exploring Thailand but for the rest of this year I don’t have much planned.

Half the fun of trying to give up the nightlife, or anything else, is realizing that you don't really have to if it's not getting you into trouble. The same is true with vlogging. If you're not feeling it, why do it? If you want to do a vid then do it.
I still hope to bump into you and buy a few if I ever make it out there. My rescheduled flight was supposed to leave on 9/12 but with the rumors of restrictions coming back I pushed my flight back again until Nov! It's all good though, I'll figure it out 😂

Hi Pete on a selfish point of view I do hope you carry on. As a 48 year old male from England I watch and have missed you not making these vlogs. I want to try and keep this comment short but I am over Christmas for 3 weeks then next year I will be selling my house and moving to the Pattaya area. The information I have gotten from your vlogs has been so helpful, I will be going to school to learn the language, taking long walks, and hopefully would love to keep watching your vlogs to help me get advice and tips on living in the Pattaya area. And on a personal note hopefully next year I would love to meet up with yourself and hopefully go for a coffee, drink or a walk just to have a friendly face in a new country to talk to. I am subscribed to about 40 odd channels from people based in and around Pattaya but since I found your channel you are in the top 5 I watch as soon as something comes out because of how you come across. May I add please don’t be so hard on yourself when making vlogs as people watch for the experience you bring, and the way you come across. I think we see you’re vlogs a whole lot different to you. I also believe TH-cam try and hold back viewer numbers regarding Pattaya as some of the other channels I watch have been through or are experiencing the same issues. Hi Pete; I want to say thank you for all your great videos, they have been very informative and helped me understand more about moving to Thailand, which I intend to do next year. I hope it will be possible to meet. Well done on getting your Retirement Visa and abstaining for a month. I would like to encourage you to continue to post videos, both those in Japan (I wish I could go there) and future vlogs. "Perfection is the enemy of good" only give your stats a glance to see how they are, and don't get too involved in algorithm anxiety - after all, as you say, you are making these videos as a log of your life first and foremost. We all have good and bad days, and content creation is no different. Also branch out to other sites like Odyssey, who are much more accommodating. Thanks again!

Hi Pete - good to know that all is good. To be honest - your first videos when you first arrived in Pattaya were great because you had that naive NEW enthusiasm that we all have when we arrive into this magical place and we want to share that energy and experience with our fans. What I have noticed is that your future videos started to lose that magical energy that you had in the beginning. I do not know where your energy evaporated to - perhaps your life in Pattaya was no longer new - but now more routine - Thai language school, gym, Dungeons & Dragons, etc. So the spontaneity that you had in the beginning disappeared because you now have a daily routine that seems to be less exciting than when you first arrived. This is just an external observation - take it for what it is worth. Maybe having a daily/weekly routine kills off the spontaneity that leads to excitement and newness in your TH-cam videos ??
p.s. we can catch up in December when I return from the EU. I was only 6 weeks in Jomtien during late July and all of August - I did not try to catch up with you because out of nowhere I fell madly in love with a Thai person. Let's see if it will survive - I hope so - but if not, those 6 weeks were some of the most intense 6 weeks of my life.
I do think the newness wearing off has a bit to do with it. Not only with the viewers but also with myself.
