I noticed you are using VMWare Pro. Does this work with VMware Player (the free version)? I get an error saying I need VMware Vix but can only find a Windows version, but not a Linux version to run on my Linux Mint 20.1 Ulyssa base: Ubuntu 20.04 focal. Thanks.
@@glengonsalves9547 sure! It is a bit of long explanation to install the packets and do some configuration, however there is a link docs.gns3.com/docs/getting-started/installation/linux/ Let me know if you have any problems, I'll try to help you The best thing is you'll use less resources no using the VM.
Hello. I hope you there. I'm new to gns3. I have installed and doing some basic config using putty. I dont think that is good to work on ubuntu. What do i have to use as a console to do configurations.
