Mas makakatipid ka sa smooth finishing but make sure na marunong na mason ang makukuha mo kasi baka ulitin mo lang ang pagpaplaster at maraming defect na lumabas kapag basta basta lang ginawa.

Padagdag din sir sa next video nyo (road to singapore) kung ilang years exp nyo sa pinas or kung ilan ang minimum years of experience bago makascore sa sg or even middle east.

From my research sir fire resistant naman ang mga drywall pwede naman but kung gagamitin mo sya make sure na un drywall materials na ito ay papasa sa fire rate requirements ng building code.

i advised jm na un CHB ang gamitin for exterior wall. I am not sure sa rockwool sa wilcon but ang pagkakaalam ko din is my minimum required weight ng rockwool kung oorder ka.

mas maganda ang quality kung cast in place ang mga walls but masyadong mataas ang price nito. conventional way naman ang chb kaya i recommend na gamitin pa din ang chb kung partitions and perimeter wall.

Ang usually na ginagawa namin is nagiiwan kami ng small gap para malagyan pa ng mortar un loob ng last layer ng CHB tapos un gap na un fifillupan na lang namin ng mortar. Then make sure din na dinrill nio sa taas un Rebar to make sure na nakahold ito sa beam.

hi robert, parehas na possible gamitin to kaya lagi kong nirerecommend na magpadesign sa mga professionals. pag bolts ang gamit kasi may allowance for any movement compare sa welded. kasi pag welded fixed na sya.

Hi Rjef, thank you for your constructive opinion. Tama kayo sa sinabi nio na madaming natutunan sa experience. Just to clarify sir, yes po nagaral po ako and also po sir may experience din po ako sa site. Idol ko nga po un mga Foreman and mga workers namin sa mga diskarte nila at hanga po ko sa kanila. At kung wala sila walang building na naitayo. Dami ko pong natutunan sakanila at "nirespeto" ko po sila. Hopefully sir, the feeling and action is mutual sa inyo. Salamat.
