You should really give apparitions by sylosis a go. It's a journey and a half
Apparitions is godly, on a completely different level from this song, pretty much all of edge of the earth is, apparitions is maybe the best song on that flawless record too.

I love all sylosis tracks but In my opinion this one is the weakest one from their last releases, my top 3 tracks from their last releases is immovable stone, arms like a noose nd ofcourse deadwood. Guys recently I subbed this chanel nd i really loved it i love your reviews nd reactions
The other surprise single was Worship Decay, not Arms like a noose. They all rip anyway.
OK - love you guys but if you want to get some views - Ghost Love Score - Nightwish from Wacken. Seriously - Floor Jensen (Amazon Goddess) - world class vocals. My wife said if she had to choose between me and her - it would be tough - I said SAME!! The #1 Symphonic Metal band Surprised you have not done this one yet - OK - back to the videos - BTW - huge Ghost fan and part of the Nightwish Army a HEAVIER song would be NIGHTWISH - Romanticide (OFFICIAL LIVE VIDEO)

Iv loved this band for the past 12 years! Wish they had more recognition.
Alot of Sylosis's influences are thrash metal and death metal... bands like Metallica and Death Josh has cited as his main kinda influences and you can really hear it throughout all of there albums, they've got that thrash speed but some of those heavier death metal atmospheres, they have really nailed there sound and don't have 1 dud album, love these guys, every album also has its own feel without really straying too far from there sound
Stuff like monolith has a lot of melodeath stuff on there too, that album is pretty much the perfect fusion of thrash and melodeath
Your recording must been in mono or something because it’s missing one side of the guitars. Definitely noticeable at the end

This is good but honestly this is lower tier Sylosis imo. as someone else in this thread said you should check out apparitions, that’s peak Sylosis stuff off their masterpiece edge of the earth record. Or Empyreal which is the most popular song from that record and has a video too which is always good for a reaction
Edge of the Earth is also the first album where Josh did vocals after Jamie left.
