I just bought some of these and I still had to clean them. They still have the membrane in them .
Yes. They still have to be cleaned. They’re just a lot cleaner than some other brands. Thanks for watching
Salt and vinegar
She clean them right but you don't pour the water off that's where all your season in that fatty water. You skim the foamy stuff off and your seasoning were already in there that'll help with the foamy stuff and for real if it's a lot of foamy they could be a tiny bit cleaner. I grew up on a farm watch the old women's, my mom included do this 8 or more times a year for home and neighborhood. Not meaning to be negative just to learn something new you didn't know. 😊
That's what I do. Boil and skim foam and top fat. I do take it off the fire when doing this for about 5min so it can settle❤ cooking some now!!!
What part of the pig is this from?
Intestine
I just paid $29.08 for the five pound bag of Aunt Bessie
WOW!!!
AUNTS Bessies are the pre- cleaned chitterlings. DO 3 PRE BOILS BEFORE YOU START THE REAL COOKING PROCESS
You keep doing that for yours! Thanks for watching 😊
Aunt Bessie’s I don’t you
have to remove the membrane on these
Priced ridiculously high these days!
So true!
No you not cleaning the chitterlings right
Ok. Thanks for watching
Must remove membrane
@@margaretenglish1110 it was removed from each piece. Thanks for watching.
How you gonna tell this lady hers not right when it’s most likely you’re doing yours wrong that’s why you can’t eat everybody cooking
I dnt do this brand. The texture is like paper and never seems to get tender. It’s a strong no for me. I’ll just clean the Smithfield ones that come in a red bucket.
Oh wow! We’ve never experienced that and we’ve been using this brand for many years. Thanks for watching!
Aunt Bessies and Smithfields Food Aka {Red Bucket) are the same Google it FYI
No, they are not. They are manufactured by Symington's. Totally different company. If you’ve ever had Aunt Bessie’s, you know they are absolutely different than what’s in the red bucket. Aunt Bessie’s look like a sock compared to Smithfield’s.
Yes you do pill the membrane off all chitterlings please correct that
That’s what you do. Thanks for watching! 😊
That’s your choice. And it’s peel not pill while you trying to tell people how to cook what don’t make you shit. Learn to know the difference with some words sounding the same yet spelled different
Not sure who will be eating chitterlings this year they have them from 29-50
00.. a bucket...ridiculous
It truly is ridiculous
Not where I get mine from
never put black pepper on them cause it looks like boo boo-used white pepper :)
That wasn’t necessary you must use the whole bottle of pepper
Ain't no way I would eat them and she's not Getting all the membrane off them
I'm with your Mom...maybe somebody who doesn't like Chitterlings shouldn't be the one to narrate the commentary! In fact, I'm wondering why after you asked her does she always remove the membrane, and she said no.... why she was removing the membrane during your filming? I would have actually enjoyed watching it (and 'liked' it) if you hadn't been getting on my nerves!
Thanks for watching 😊
@@CookinWTaShondaRenae 😉
19.95 how much our they now
I think they are around the same price in my area.
I take the membrane off
So aunt Bessie didn’t have membranes?
They did. She took them off. Thanks for watching!
You take the membrane off and you get tissue.
It still looks brown to me. You know what that means 😅
You just trying to be ignorant
It's only a cup full after you clean them, not really worth the trouble
That’s true!
It’s more than that
She acting brand new
That’s funny. I secretly want them lol
Be
Would never eat chillins that you cook
I would never eat chitterlings that you cook, so there’s that! Thanks for watching 😊
@@CookinWTaShondaRenae ok! Lol😆 tashonda I love ur cooking
You not anyways
Dont like aunt bessie chit, the b pieces not whole chit
Thanks for watching
Soak'em in a little clotox overnight.
Still not funny. Get a day job
These chitterlings weren’t clean properly. You must peel the inner lining completely no matter how they look clean on the outside! Take the membrane OFF. You must discard the skin from the MEAT!
Did you remember I hadn’t invited you over to eat? Is that why you edited the part about you not eating them out? Lol thanks for watching 😊
@@CookinWTaShondaRenae Lady if you can’t stand the heat get out of the kitchen. You’re the one on here trying to clean CHITTERLINGS!😩 😩 Some of ur ppl won’t be joining you after they see this video.😂😂
You clean yours your way but, her was is not wrong. It’s probably your way that’s wrong
You didn’t show the knob/temp on the stove when she started cooking them after the boil. Horrible camera woman. But then again I’ll just go watch the YT woman do her video properly and flawlessly. If you’re going to do it, do it right sis.
Hopefully that mad you feel better! Thanks for watching and enjoy that other video 😊
I bet it was easier than telling people the cooking temp in the comments countless times. Do you boo❤ @@CookinWTaShondaRenae
You can’t cook at all if you don’t know how to boil a chitterling
