Thank you!! Yeah it is a R6, with AK exhaust ;)) Yeah Thunderhill is a great track! The turn 9 doesn't have the best safety record (being a blind corner), but yeah we do appreciate the run off's for sure lol
Nice race! If you clean up your lines and get a bit better drive off the corner in a few places you'll immediately drop some time. You're getting parked mid corner in a few places but that's inevitable with traffic until you can be forward more in the pack. I got the AFM #8 plate in 2015, feels like so long ago now!
Hi, I am pretty sure just seat time on track days helped a ton. But yeah specific trainings, especially on mini bikes, do help a lot -- mini bikes are much less intimidating to push closer to the limits.
You are not wrong on your naming system --- However, somehow the AFM (American Federation of Motorcyclists), our racing club, uses some very old school naming system though, so 600 has 2 classes: 600 Supersport, and 600 Superbike. The name "superbike" just means more modifications are allowed. Weird, I know, but I didn't make those names haha
1:55 on the 600 is a solid time!! nice job!
Thanks Aaron! Still learning how to tame the beast, the bike is better than I am, lol
nice race, thanks for sharing.
Cheers!
Way faster than I ever was on my RC51 lol!
Bro...again thanks for posting. I really enjoy ur videos.
Cheers brother!!
Great riding and video work! Sounds like an R6?? Track looks awesome, too. Smooth and lots of run off room when you exceed your talent level.

impressive. how did you train and get to the level you could race? just doing track days? or is there a way you specifically train for it?
