I have also gotten on Moebius Plastic Models, I had a AA powered Plastic Models of the USS Missouri back in the 1970s and I had been looking all over hobby shops here in Kankakee ILLINOIS my home town and on the WEB, then I found your TH-cam channel and, there's all my dreams there in your shop. Thank you for making myself and others out there so Happy to see that this hobby art did not die out.
So have been interested to maybe get into this hobby but I have a question. When you submerge do you rely on forward momentum to control the depth, or can you just fill the ballast and just hover a few inches below the surface without forward movement?
Yes on both counts. I recommend you visit my site and reference the dive system technology page. I also highly recommend purchasing my book, which explains much of this as well. www.rc-submarine.com/rc-submarine-technology
No it does not. They are not in production and my stock has been depleted. There are radio packages out there, but most are used and I don't feel comfortable offering those with a brand new product.
How are they configured? Typically you'll see throttle on left stick, rudder and forward planes on the right stick, ballast on a three-position switch and rear dive plane override on a pot or slider.
Can you just tell me about how you make it wireless. It means which boards and receiver you use. I am a student so these will really help me in future.
@@kartikjadhav3656 You simply use a hobby grade low frequency radio system (75mhz here in North America, or 40mhz in Europe). These are no longer manufactured, so you'll have to find one used.
Seems like a nice kit. Is that the robbe u-47 behind you? I have the robbe u-47 still completely unassembled. The kit isn’t daunting, the electronics are.
Exceptionally well executed, Bob. Well done!!!

It’s great to see how far you have come. Very impressive and competent offering bob. Well done,
finally I can explore the bottom of the lake
VERY NICE SUBMARINE WARM GREETINGS FROM ATHENS
Thanks for this 👍
So tempting! But I have an assembled and painted Permit class hull sitting at home just waiting for me to return home and order a sub driver.

Why did you go with a bayonet style hull separation instead of the traditional Z or L cut?
It suited this boat and the utilization of our EasyDriver.
Like this sub as an entry point for we newbies, possible RC Submariners.
Bob, does this kit come with a 72MHz transmitter and receiver as part of the package?
No it does not. They are not in production and my stock has been depleted. There are radio packages out there, but most are used and I don't feel comfortable offering those with a brand new product.
How do you set up the controls on the remote?

Which material you used for 3D printing.
In general? PETG, ASA, or ABS is preferred. This particular product uses sintered nylon.

What is the maximum depth you can go in this sub?
I wouldn't recommend anything over 10ft, but going that deep is pretty useless anyway...
Really economical price? Shiat must be high
How much and how to order?
Unfortunately these kits are no longer being produced.
