The reason the old "O" rings failed is because they are made from the wrong material, as are the new ones. You need to use "O" rings made from Viton if they are in contact with gasoline. The "O" rings that were installed are made from Nitrile rubber and will not stand up to gasoline. Viton "O" rings are brown in color.

I know you can’t see if one cylinder is running different from the other with a Dynoport two into one But the set I had on my banshee Sounded absolutely amazing.. nothing like it bro.. cool idea cutting those down 🤘🏻
Do the face off!! He’s got a nice bike too. Maybe a basic 400ex build or a drag banshee. Or maybe get with your buddy that builds those warriors and show us how he is beefing those things up.
That is a nicely made dual petcock or pingel valve or whatever it is, it is well crafted I dig it. All the petcocks that come stock are always super flemsy

Looking forward to hearing what the shorter exhausts sound like. I think they are going to sound fantastic, especially if you decide to go with bigger outlet holes. I have an old Pro Circuit exhaust for my bike that doesn't get used anymore and I think it would be fun to kind of play around and experiment with the length of it. Love your videos.

Go to O'Reilly or one of the autoparts stores and get a gallon of b12 chemtool. Its great for cleaning carbs, carb parts and other items with carbon and varnish deposits. Comes with its own basket. Stuff works great.

YES!!! Get rid of it that the first thing to do
i flipped mine within 10 minutes of riding and then was sitting there with a broken quad for another 2 hours because of the tors system. definitely remove
You 2 should do a Facebook marketplace challenge we’re you both have $800 to find a quad and then $400 to make it look and perform the best you can and see which one last the longest

They do fine on a stock to mild built banshee, but they would be crap on his build and would make him lose power. They aren't for Moderate to Heavily built bikes.

Just noticed you’re rockin fmf graphics. Isn’t your exhaust system a different brand?
Why don't you just cut some straight pipe inserts and eliminate the muffler effect? Remove the perforated inner tube of the muffler and replace it with regular tube. Cutting up the mufflers will look goofy.
Definitely seemed like those other pipes canister diameter had a lot to do with their sound.

Do your slp pipes interfere with your carb choke knobs at all? What would you say the clearance between the knob and pipe is?

life, john has put the banshee in a corner and hasnt been building it..
i think he just got back to trying to fix in begin of august.... but no clue how it went... no updates on it.. just a video where he was changing parts... i think he works or something... he hasnt been posting for ages...

What do you gain when you cut your mufflers down
Better tone, less back pressure and some cases some hp up top
2 strokes operate on back pressure......
And you really dont gain more horsepower with shorter silencers. There was a test done with procircuit 304s and type 296s. The 296s actually made more horsepower and they were longer.
